✓ | The 8th

Chapter Seven

I sighed as I looked down at the cards, a red 8, blue 3, blue 6, yellow 5, and a green 5. I know I'm definitely going to lose as I see everyone on their third or second card and at the stack of cards which is now red. I place down my red and wait silently as Jungkook yells 'UNO'. I looked up at Jungkook, Jimin and Taehyung who all seemed to be helping each other and bringing me to lose. I huffed, it isn't fair

"It isn't fair," I say out loud this time, I pout and throw the cards to the ground. "Now I don't want to play anymore"

They only laughed and continued playing. Ummm, I need attention. I purposely stomp my feet as I walk out of Jimin and Jungkooks room. I make a wide turn, like an airplane, and zoom inside Yoongis room.

He looked up from his computer, his serious face got bright as he smiled. He patted  next to him on the bed and I quickly walked over to sit down. 

I look over to Yoongis computer where he's quickly deleting open tabs and quickly closing it. He sighed a bit then smiled and turned to me.

"Shorty," He said. I low key like it when he calls me that.

"Hm?" I hum as a reponse.

He smiled. "You're so pretty" 

I was about to say 'I know' but I stopped myself with a grin. "Thank you"

He stood at the porch, arms resting on the round handle. His back was hardly arched outwards as he looked out at the view, wind pushing his hair back. I quietly press my hands to my sides as I stride over to him. He glances my way, then looks back at the view.

He ignored me? Damn fine then. I turned around ready to open the glass doors and walk into the living room.

"Isn't it beautiful?" He asked still looking at the horizon where the sun was setting. I let go of my grip onto the door handle and let my hand fall to my side. I turn around and smile as I walk towards an open space next to him. I copied his posture and looked at the sun. "Of course"

He smiled and looked down at me. "I'm still surprised we have a female member"

I looked up at him in confusion.

"Four to five years back from now I would've never imagined it would happen" He muttered and looked back at the view.

He smiled a rectangular smile as he looked over the sun.
