Chapter 2

I lifted my arm and extended my hand out to Violet. She put her hand in mine and stood. I could feel everyone smile as she stood next to me, everyone but Quigley. 

"What is going on?" He said confused.

"Violet is mine and I will love her, protect her and hold her until the end of time. Quigley glared at me. He stood and punched me in the gut.

I hit him on the head with a vase and he fell to the ground. I stepped over him and walked towards Violet.

"How could you Violet? You belong to me, you are mine!" I raised my hand and slapped her. "So much for him protecting you." I sneered at her. She laid on the ground crying and whimpering. I kicked her and raised my fist to knock her out when another hand grabbed me roughly. If it was Duncan, I was screwed. But it wasn't. I turned to see my sister pulling my hand back and I smacked her and shoved her into a wall. Klaus knew he was no match for any of us so he ran to Violet instead of fighting. I made my way back over to Violet when suddenly I found myself on the ground. Duncan had woken up.

Blood ran down my face as I tried to stand back up. I watched as Duncan punch Quigley repeatedly. I screamed for both of them to stop, when Duncan looked over and saw me. His eyes widened as he realized that Quigley had hurt me too.
