THIRD PERSON POV

Chanyeol is one the first to leave fourth period; he was in a rush to meet Jinki and Mr. Jongwoon. He just had marine biology and his teacher is Mrs. Song Hyekyo. Chanyeol was assigned a partner, Park Kyung, and were told they would have a lot of class labs assignments and three projects with their assigned partner.

Chanyeol kept stealing glances at Baekhyun, who was in the front row, right behind Chanyeol. Baekhyun would keep a casual conversation with his fellow classmate, Lee Jaehwan (but everyone calls him Ken), since Ken was next to Chanyeol, on Chanyeol's left side while Park Kyung was on his right. For Baekhyun to see what Chanyeol was doing.

Right when the bell rang Chanyeol, with his belongings ready to go, quickly got up, said goodbye to Kyung, and left.

Baekhyun sees Chanyeol leaving and is disappointed. Baekhyun had hoped to leave with Chanyeol and Junmyeon; who is Baekhyun's partner for fourth period.

Baekhyun and Junmyeon leave class and make their way to the cafeteria to buy lunch. On their way, Baekhyun sees Chanyeol at his locker.

"Hey, Chanyeol. Want to join us for lunch?" Baekhyun wants to get know him more without coming on too strong, so he's now settling with just hanging in a group.

Chanyeol waves at Baekhyun and Junmyeon, "Thanks, but I'm actually waiting for someone."

At that moment Jinki comes running and grabs Chanyeol's wrist. "Come on, Chanyeol. I need to buy lunch, I already ate all the food I brought today."

Baekhyun just watches as the guy, which he already didn't like, was holding Chanyeol's wrist, and even beat him in asking Chanyeol to hang out at lunch.

"Kay, Jinki. Thank you Baekhyun and Junmyeon for the offer, I'll see ya guys around. Bye" Chanyeol says as Jinki drags him towards the stairs. Jinki takes a quick look at the two who Chanyeol was talking to before looking forward again.

"Come on Baek, let's go," Junmyeon calls Baekhyun, interrupting his thoughts.

Now, Baekhyun really didn't like that Jinki guy. He seems like a nice guy... But I don't like him. I don't even know why.

Baekhyun and Junmyeon make it to the cafeteria, and Baekhyun immediately looks for Chanyeol, since he heard Jinki saying he was going to buy food.

"I'm getting a Caesar Salad and chips. What are you getting?... Baek" Junmyeon calls out to his friend, who is looking around the room.

"Um, Imma get a... sandwich." Junmyeon can barely hear his last word. Junmyeon looks at Baekhyun with concern. "You ok, Baek?"

"Yeah, um I'm just tired... and hungry." Baekhyun lies.

Baekhyun finds what he is looking for, Chanyeol.

Chanyeol was up close to the front of the line, with Jinki. They are close to each other, talking.

Baekhyun doesn't like how close Jinki is to Chanyeol. He has never been jealous before so he doesn't understand why he wants to walk to over there, pull Jinki away from Chanyeol by the hair, and tell him to never get that close again.

Baekhyun snaps out of his dramatic and stupid thoughts when he sees a hand in front of him waving, it's Junmyeon. He looks at Junmyeon. "What?" Baekhyun asks with an innocent face.

"Why are you so focused on Chanyeol and Jinki?" Junmyeon asks.

"It's Chanyeol's first day, I met him before anybody else yet he barely said ten sentences to me... Yet he's already so comfortable with him. Why him?" Baekhyun asks while pointing at Jinki.
