JUNMYEON'S POV

I park my car Infront of Yixing's house. He called me to quickly come over. He was crying so I'm worried sick. I enter his house and Yixing immediately runs to me. Yixing cries on my shoulder.

"Yixing? What- what's wrong? Why are you crying?" I ask

"It's Amber" That's all he says

After a couple of minutes, he calms down a bit. We sit down and I ask him once again what's wrong

He looks at me, "Amber... My parents took her to a clinic for a physical... she kept refusing but after they finally convinced her... the doctor found something"

"What?"

Yixing sniffles, "Apparently... Amber had been diagnosed with cancer before.... the cancer's back"

"Oh my gosh... has it spread?" I ask

Yixing nods, "They think so"

I hug him, "I'm so sorry. I know how much you love her. Is this why she hasn't been around"

Yixing nods, "Yes"

"Why are you only telling me now?"

"Because... I didn't wanna burden you with another problem. Amber still want to continue like everything is normal. She even went to work this morning. I don't wanna say anything. If that what she wants then I'll go along"

I nod my head and hug him

MINSEOK'S POV

*Ding Dong*

"Nobody, get that!" I yell as I run to the door. I open and smile when I see Minho on the other side.

Minho grabs me and kisses me passionately. Then we get married at a beautiful garden with all our friends. Even Onew is there, so happy that we're in love. Then we go out and buy a house and adopt two beautiful dogs and get live happily ever after-

"Hey, Min!" Minho yells, interrupting my fantasy. He continues, "What the hell is wrong with you- why aren't you fucking listening? Are you high again?" He checks my face and my eyes.

Yeah, he's much sweeter in my mind

"No, sorry. It's just... my mind is somewhere else," I say

"Then is this not a good time? I can always just come back-"

"No- no. It's fine. You and I have a lot to talk about," I say as I grab him and drag him to the living room

We sit down and I smile at him, "So, what's so important that you had to tell me in person?"

He looks at me and smiles, "We need to straighten out our situation, Min... it's been weird between us"

"It doesn't have to be," I smile

He nods, "I know-"

I kiss him but he quickly pushes me off and jumps on his feet, "What are you doing?"

"What? I thought that's why you came here?" I say

"Oh my gosh. Min... No, I came here to tell you that we should be friends"

"But I thought... I thought you liked me?" I ask

Minho sighs and takes a seat, "I'll be honest... I have feelings for you-"

"I do too," I say

Minho looks at me, "But I'm in love with Onew"

I felt my heart drop. I know he's in love with Onew- I know. But it still hurts to hear him say that. I hold back my tears, "I know... I know you love him"
