Colby's POV

We finally got to the hospital. It was all of the roommates. Devyn, Sam, Elton, Corey, Aaron and even Kat. I quickly got out of the car and ran to the front desk.

"Uh um what room is Ava Rae in" I said in between sob

"She's in surgery right now your gonna have to wait here for them to be done" the front desk lady said

I shook my head and walked back to the waiting area for everyone. Minutes turned into hours and everyone was saying there favorite memories with her. It came to my turn and I just stayed quiet with my head in my hands sitting there crying. It was terrible waiting there. I was here when the person I love was in pain and dying.

"Is there anyone here for Ava Rae" the surgeon said

I stood up and ran over to him

"Yes yes I'm her boyfriend what's wrong with her"

"So when she came in she had some internal bleeding we did surgery and got it to stop. She unfortunately hit her head and she's now a coma. We're not sure when she will wake up but you and your friends can go see her" he said

"Thank you so much" I said to him

I walked over to the roommates and told them everything. They followed me to the room and waited outside. I knew that they were listening in and wondering what I was gonna say. I grabbed her hand and put it in mine and kissed it. Tears streaming down my face.

"Hey baby, I'm so sorry this happened to you. I'm not sure why this happened to you or why you were going to the store. Ugh I'm sorry I'm just scared. Your probably not gonna hear any of this"

"Remember when we first met? We were talking on instagram and I messaged you one day and asked what you were doing and you said that you were at the mall and I was like woah no way I'm there too. Then I asked that one and you said turn around. So I obviously did and you were standing there and I came running and hugged you right then and there. We were talking for the longest time so we hung out and then I asked you out and you instantly said yes. That was one of the best days of my life."

"Now remember when we told the roommates? We walked into the house and yelled them all down and at this time it wasn't the prank war so they knew it was important. We yelled them down and they all came to the game room and sat on the couch then we told them and they were all like finally. Sam said that it's about time I shipped you guys from the start? We started laughing really hard and you went to go sit on the beanbag and I sat on you. Well you started laughing. You said get off of me you dummy your heavy. Then I said you love it. And you started laughing again. That was another great day."

"The first night you slept over we stayed up till like 3 In the morning watching movies. When we were done watching movies, I said it I told you I loved you. You smiled and kissed me and told me you love me too. That night falling asleep I could finally see my future and you were in it. I knew I was eventually gonna propose and we could get married."

"The night I gave you that promise ring. You dressed up even tho you didn't have to you could've even worn sweats and a t-shirt and you still would've been beautiful. You walked downstairs and I was so speechless I just smiled and we left. We went out to dinner and sat down. We got to talking and you asked "why do you love me" and my answer was because your the best, your beautiful, nice, and I said way more things. Then after dinner we went to the beach cause it's our safe place. That day I had help with the roommates making it perfect. When we got there I walked you over and you started to cry and say you love it. At that moment I knew you were the one. It got later that night and I gave you the promise ring and after all of that i said "always and forever" that kinda became our new thing." I chuckled

"It's been a couple months and now your in the hospital and well, I need you to live... I love you so much baby I need you to fight through this and make it out ok. For us. For our future, for our always and forever. Baby I idk what I would do without you I just love you so much. Please fight"

I didn't know that all of the roommates were now In the room with tears streaming down there faces till I turned around when the door opened and the doctor walked in.

"Mr.Brock, Ms Rae was pregnant when the crash happened... I'm not sure if you knew or she even knew. Anyways she was about 3months and well the baby didn't survive. I'm so sorry."

And with that the doctor walked out. Just gone.

I wasn't sure what to do scream or cry or punch something. Instead I just stood there silent. No noises in the room except for the machines beeping and the breathing and sniffs of the roommates. I just stood there not making a noice just starring at her wishing she would wake up...
