"Hey, I'm sorry if I have to leave. " I bowed my head down
"L-leave?" Namjoon looked at my bags at the corner. "W-what's the problem?"
As soon as I said that, all of the boys rushed downstairs and sat on the sofa
"What did I just hear?" Taehyung looked around "you're leaving?"
"Yea-"
"But why?" Hoseok's smile was gone and the aura turned into a sad one
"Is it because of me?" Jimin's eyes grew wider
"Guys calm dow-"
"Don't leave us Nathalie" Jin said in a serious way
Jungkook then held my hand "is there something wrong?"
I smiled at all of them. Now they're making it hard for me.
Yoongi just sat there, but I saw worry in his eyes.
"Let me explain please" I sat down on the chair. "I received a text message from my aunt earlier." I tried my best not to break. But I knew that my voice was shaking and I was being so obvious
"Hey, come on tell us" Namjoon looked at me worriedly
"My little cousin died. " my tears suddenly bursted out as Jungkook the nearest one from me hugged me and I buried my head on his shoulder
I heard full silence. To the point that I could hear my tears falling on his shoulder.
I felt so much pain, my heart wants to stop beating.
I wanted to scream, I wanted to hurt myself.
"If only I was there for her" I whispered and cried
"I'm so sorry. " I heard Jungkook
"W-what happened?" I heard Hoseok
"car a-accident" I clenched my fists and held on tight to Jungkook's shirt as I cried out loud.
"Please d-don't cry like that" I heard Jungkook's voice crack up
I looked at each one of them. Jungkook already shed tears as the rest of them stared at the thin air lost for words.
Namjoon suddenly stood up and sat beside me and hugged me.
"I-I'm sorry" he said as his comforting hug led me to cry so much again
"She was so young..." I heard Jimin spoke
"I even talked to her last week. She's such a cheerful person" Taehyung said
"Why? Why her?! It should have happened to me!" I cried
"Hey, don't say that" Namjoon began to cry
Yoongi stood up and went to the bathroom.
"SHE Didn't DESERVE THAT!" I cried more than ever
"I- I love her so much, I would kill my self for her. She's my only family"
"Jagi please. No one deserves that" I felt Jin rub my back
"Stop saying those things Nath my girl. " Jungkook kept on comforting me, all of them did. Except for Yoongi.
"Whoever's responsible for that will pay. Justice is always here" Namjoon says
I felt Namjoon kissed my forehead and I heard him whisper " be strong my little lady"
I thought to myself, I need to be strong . This is what would Yana want. For me to be a strong and dependable unnie, no matter what.
"Thank you guys" I wiped my tears as I breathed heavily " you're all so kind to me" I tried my best to smile. "But I have to go. I'm not sure if I'll go back here. And I'm sorry for that"
They all couldn't smile either. I still felt the pain rushing in my heart.
"But I promise that I'll try to be back. For once I'll be there for the people who matters to me. And those people are you guys, I never had the chance to be there for the important people in my life when they needed me so this time I'll be back."
"Gosh, I never felt pain like this honestly. " Taehyung wiped his tears and gave me a hug "I'll miss you Nath"
I smiled at him.
"I hope you have a safe trip. I'll pray for my beloved Yana. " Jin hugged me too
"Thanks Jin"
"All the hope in the world will be with you honey. Be back, okay?" Hoseok hugged thirdly
"I'll be here"
"So this is goodbye?" Jimin asked and he hugged me
I smiled at Jimin " I said I'll be here"
"No need to hug me Jungkook" I patted his shoulder "thanks for the smiles kookie"
"Ill miss you so bad " He replied
"I'll see you again " Namjoon's reddish
eyes looked into mine
"I guess I need to go then. The van's waiting. All of you guys, thank you so much for everything. I'll miss you all"
I said as I opened the front door and Jimin and Jungkook carried my bags
"Wait!" I heard Yoongi shouted and he ran towards me and gave me a big hug
His eyes are really swollen and his nose was red, like mine.
"Don't go" he whispered
"I need to" A tear fell of my cheek
"Looks like yoongi cried in the bathroom" I heard Hoseok said
"Be strong, okay?" Yoongi said as I entered the van and all of them waved goodbye.
My heart is so wrecked. I can't take this pain anymore. I can't stand it leaving them. And also the thought of my cousin passing away makes it all hard for me.
Be strong.
