Chapter 25

I wake up and realize what today is and immediately smile. I get up out if bed and get ready for the day. Outfit:

I walk downstairs and only Caitlyn is here.
Y: morning.
C: morning sleepy head!
Y: shut up! I couldn't sleep.
C: to exited?
Y: maybe
We both giggle.
C: by the way, the boys had to go to the venue early to confirm that it was the right gazebo.
Y: oh, ok. I'm going to eat some breakfast.
C: me to.
* buzz*
C: was that your phone?
Y: yeah, Emi just texted me that his family arrived and he will be hanging out with them until the wedding.
C: oh cool! We have this whole house to ourselves!
Y: yeah! Now I can tell our family that we can all meet up here.
C: oh yeah! Do that.

*I text everyone the address and tell them to meet up here.*

There is a knock at the door. I walk over and open it.
Y: MOM!!
M: Cassie!!

T:um, hello?
Y: oh, TIFF!

She is my other older sister.
M: congrats on the wedding by the way!
T: yeah! You got really lucky.

Another knock at the door. I open it.
Y:Hiii guys!!
It's my aunt,uncle,and cousins.

After a while, my whole family arrives at the house. As I look around, I remember who is not here, my dad.
M: oh we better get going before we're late!
Y: oh yeah, let's go!

It's time for me to get ready. I put on my dress..

then my cousin, who used used to work at a hair salon,does my hair and makeup.

It's time for the wedding. I'm getting the feeling of butterflies in my stomach.
The music starts playing and everyone turns their heads.

Emilio's POV
The music starts playing and everyone turns their heads. I take a deep breath and start to walk out to the gazebo.

I stop where I'm supposed to and then turn to watch everyone else come out.

Everyone stands up. It's time for Cassidy to walk down the aisle. I get butterflies in stomach.
And there she is. Wow! She took my breath away. She's so beautiful.I smile.
She stands in front of me and the preacher starts to talk.
P: We have gathered here today..

Your POV
Everyone stands as I make my way down the aisle. Since my dad isn't here,my papaw is the one to give me away.Emi looks so handsome in his tuxedo. I smile as he doses.

P: We have gathered here today for a very special moment. .....
Both Cassidy and Emilio have written their vows. Cassidy,you first.
Y: Emilio Martinez, you have been my best friend for a long time,through thick and thin. It has been the best time of my life getting to know you,and your brother of course.
*Everyone laughs.*
I feel a knot growing in my throat.
Y:But,uh, I promise to love you and care for you through everything that we go through together.
P: alright, Emilio.
E: Cassidy, since the first day I met you, I knew you were special. I've always had a special place for you in my heart. It wasn't until we had some drama in our lives and actually got a house together with Ivan and Rueben that I knew that that special place,was love, and more than friendly love but actual love. Since the day we started dating, I couldn't be happier. I could've won a free car or the lottery, but it still wouldn't have made me as happy as I am with you.

I feel a tear run down my cheek.

E:And I promise to love you and care for you through this life. We are in this together, forever and always and I promise it will never end.
P: thank you Emilio.
Cassidy, do you take Emilio to be your lawfully wedded husband and promise to love and cherish him as long as you both shall live?
Y: I do.
P: Emilio, do you take Cassidy to be your lawfully wedded wife and promise to love and cherish her as long as you both shall live?
E: I do.
P: I now pronounce you husband and wife. You can now kiss the bride.
Everyone claps as Emi raises up my veil.
He leans in and kisses me,over and over while everyone cheats and wipes away tears. He pulls away with a smile on his face. I smile back.
P: Mr. and Mrs.Emilio Martinez!
Everyone claps as we walk down the aisle.

* a few minutes later*
M: Time to cut the cake!
Me and Emi walk over to the cake.

We both grab the knife and cut the cake. Everyone claps.

* later*
Now it's dark outside and we turn on the lights that surround the gazebo. The dj turns up the music and everyone starts to dance.
* a few minutes later*
The dj plays a slow song.
DJ: time for our newly weds' first dance!
Everyone cheers as me and Emi make our way to the center of everyone.
Emi grabs my hand and puts his other on my hip as I put mine on his shoulder. We start to sway to the music. I look into my husband's eyes and I feel like the happiest woman alive.

Emilio's POV
As we're swaying, I look into my wife's eyes and I couldn't be happier. In the corner of my eye I see Rueben with the vlog camera. I almost forgot that we're vlogging this! I smile at the camera and so does Cassidy.

Your POV

Now the wedding is over and it's time for everyone to go home. They leave in groups one by one until it's just me, Emi,Ivan,Rueben,Caitlyn,Tiff,and my mom.
M: well, we better head to the hotel. We've got a busy day tomorrow.
Y: oh! What is that?!
M: we're going to go around town and look around since we've never been here before.
T: yeah! I'm so excited!
Y: well, we better get home to.
E: yeah. It's pretty late now.
M: yeah well, bye guys!
Y: bye!
E: bye!
I: bye!
R:bye!
C: bye! See ya tomorrow!
Y:you're going back home with them aren't you?
C: yeah.
Y: just making sure. Well, let's head home.
R: yeah let's go.
We all walk out to my car and go home.
