CHAPTER 6: (A Night with Him: VHyun)

Chapter 6

"What do you wanna order? Pick whatever you like, my treat." Taehyung asked me. We're here at an Italian Restaurant. I looked at the menu the waiter handed me earlier.

"I can pay Taehyung. There's no need for me to be treated. I have my own money." I rejected.

"No Dahyun, I should be the one who will pay." He said forcing.

"Fine." I groaned and he finally grinned.

Once again, I looked at the menu. There is so many to choose. All seemed to be deliecious- these fine Italian cuisines. Not wanting to fill my stomach with many foods, I only chose the Bon Appetit's Meatballs.

"Waiter, Bon Appetit's Meatballs." I said and the waiter started writing down. "Anything else?"

I shook my head.

"Espresso only." Taehyung ordered. He's not hungry, I guess.

"Thank you Sir Kim! Order coming up!" The waiter bowed and marched away.

Short silence filled the air between us. I could hear the romantic music playing on the violin. The chattering of people around us also mixed in.

I could feel Taehyung's intense gaze over me. Am I that too interesting to look at? I mean look at me, a simple girl with her school uniform on. Nothing more, nothing less. I should've went home, I never knew this would be so awkward >///<

As soon as our ordered foods came, I started digging in... like a pig. Taehyung who was sipping his Espresso, watched me with amusement in his eyes. When I noticed that, I slowed down. This is really embarrassing, how piggy of me >_<

He just chuckled like I was the cutest thing he ever watched with amusement.

When I finished eating, I set aside the plate with some tomato sauce left. A waiter immediately came and cleaned our table.

Taehyung didn't finished sipping his Espresso yet. He just continued looking at me. Suddenly, he wiped the corner of my lips and tasted it. WHAT WAS IT??!!

"You had tomato sauce on the corner of your lips and it tasted... sweet." He said smirking. O///O I didn't wiped my mouth with tissues!!!

I grabbed some tissues displayed on the table and wiped my lips. I tossed the used tissues in the trash can and luckily it shoot.

"That was a waste. I thought all of them... I shall taste. You messy eater, little girl." He said sipping his Espresso. My face is as red as a tomato right now, I grabbed my green scarf and covered my nose, mouth and cheeks- half of my face to hide.

He just chuckled sexily. Wait, what did you just complimented Dahyun? Don't be such a pervert >///<

"Tell me more about yourself." He said with his baritone voice.

"I-I am Kim Dahyun. 16 years old. I live with my bestfriend Nayeon. My parents owned a company named KimLee." I said.

"Mhmm." His eyes never left mine.

"Right now... I feel cold." I shivered. It was nighttime already.

Taehyung quickly came to me. He gave me his blazer and I have no choice but to wear it. He grabbed my bag and we went outside.

He let me sat beside him-passenger seat. He sat on the driver's seat and drove off.

"Sleep now, love." He whispered something at the end of his sentence. Huh? My eyelids started to feel heavy and I drifted off to dreamland.

I woke up laying on a queen-sized bed in an unfamiliar room. The room is pretty large. Green curtains blocked the moon's view, green carpet, green wallpaper with some butterflies on it... everything is completely green. My favorite color. Only the lamp shade beside me resting on a table was illuminating the room. It must be midnight already.

Suddenly, I felt scared. I felt scared because I was all alone especially at night. I had no one to be with. Only Mom and Dad were with me whenever it's bed time. They never left me until I was asleep. But now they're gone, Nayeon was next to my bedroom and I felt relieved about that. Tears rolled down my cheeks as I let a sob. I pulled the comforter harder when I heard the door creaked and there stood a person. I can't see the person's face. The lampshade's light wasn't enough to light whoever it was. The lights turned on.

"Dahyun? Are you okay? Why are you crying?" A soft husky voice asked me. I recognized who it was. Taehyung. He sat beside me.

"N-no. I just- just missed my pet puppy. It died last week." I lied.

"Dahyun, don't ever lie to me." He said with a baritone voice.

"I-I was just being s-scared." I sobbed again. "For being alone."

He laid beside me and hugged me suddenly. I blushed really hard. O///O
I don't know why but... I felt protected whenever he is beside me. Even though we've met for the first time... I really felt protection from him. Why?

"Don't worry. From now on, I'll be sleeping with you. Every night." He said huskily and pulled my waist tighter.

What was that supposed to mean? He will come to our house and sleep with me? I have Nayeon. But why does it feels like that's not the place he's talking about. And I have no idea where will it be.

The lights automatically turned off. I still couldn't sleep. I tried to get  Taehyung's hands off me but he pulled me tighter and this time there was no space between us.

"Don't." So he was awake??? "Hug me instead. NOW." He demandingly said with his eyes closed.

Dread crept over me so I followed what he said. I hugged him quickly and it felt so warm. My face will now explode from blushing.

"Much better."

With that, I tried to fall asleep and I just succeeded.
