Soulmates (Cheryl and Liam)

Chapter 3

As the sun shone its rays in through the curtains and into the silent room with a loved up couple peacefully sleeping, the only sound to be heard was the birds cheerfully singing as the lovely spring day began. Cheryl's eyes slowly began to flicker open and the first thing she could feel was her boyfriends strong, muscular arms wrapped around her slender waist and his body spooned around her. This having to be her favourite thing in the world as there'd be nowhere else she'd feel so safe and protected which she adored the feeling of. As Cheryl glanced over to read 8am on the clock it had came to her surprise that she'd woken up herself naturally and not her baby boy who was usually waking up by now. Cheryl carefully rolled onto her other side so she could admire how stunning her boyfriend, who she never got bored of staring at. She always wondered how she ever managed to get so lucky, having someone who cared about her so much but who was also absolutely gorgeous. Cheryl had been in love a few times before but nothing compared to Liam as right from the very beginning he always made her feel so special, like the only girl in the world. When they had began to date he was nothing but a great support to her as she was still going through divorce procedures and he never put her under pressure to do anything or make any decisions fast. He was just there for her completely, this meaning the world to Cheryl as without liam by her side every step of the way reassuring her everything would be alright she wouldn't have got through and she didn't even want to think about where she would be without him right now. Cheryl was pulled out of her thoughts as her handsome boyfriend slowly started to come out of dreamland as he rubbed his eyes and glanced over to Cheryl who smiled at him widely.

"Hello my gorgeous man" Cheryl beamed, leaving over to Liam, nuzzling her nose against his before giving him a soft kiss on the lips, receiving a contented smile from him in return as he let out a groan whilst stretching his arms and legs out.

"Hello my gorgeous woman" Liam chuckled back having had a great night sleep after their busy day yesterday. "What a lovely way to wake up eh... woman of my dreams in my arms, my one year old son in the room next door, who hasn't actually started crying yet haha" Liam grinned causing Cheryl to scrunch her nose up at him as he tapped it in response, it really coming to Liam's surprise also that Bear hadn't woken up yet, not that they were complaining.

"Yeah well don't jinx it, give him a minute haha" Cheryl giggled back not believing for one second they could have some alone time as every time they ever tried their baby boy interrupted which was really quite embarrassing in some past situations. Liam was gazing deeply into Cheryl's dark brown eyes looking like he was in his own world and this was quite a regular thing, he would always zone out, even when Cheryl was trying to talk to him sometimes. To stop him for staring, Cheryl covered his face with her hand and gently pushed him back so she rolled on top to straddle him, both of them in a fit of giggles.

"What was that for missy?!" Liam pouted trying to look sad but couldn't quite hide his smirk as they found eachother so amusing causing them to burst into another fit of laugher.

"Well you always do that thing! You just stare at me, it's cute at first but then it just gets a bit creepy, sorry babe... haha" Cheryl smirked loving winding him up as he always tried to take it seriously but never could as he found her too funny generating Liam to wrap his arms around her neck and pull her in for a loving kiss, their tongues already caressing one another's causing Cheryl to groan out in satisfaction, both of them loving the feeling of being so together. As the kiss continued Cheryl began discreetly rolling her hips against Liam, turning him on, prompting him to leave the kiss and let out a groan generating a giggle to come out of Cheryl's mouth as she couldn't help but find it funny that she could get Liam into this state. By Cheryl's surprise Liam quickly flipped them over so he was on top now, prompting a scream to emerge from Cheryl's mouth as they both giggled with each other. Cheryl loved when Liam's dominant side came out as this turned her on even more triggering her to give him a flirtatious look to which he smirked in response before kissing her again, this time a lot more deeply. A short while later Liam was kissing her so intensely that he was actually taking her breath away causing her moans to become more frequent suggesting she was ready for what was coming next. "I love you so much Liam" Cheryl panted having left the kiss for a second to get her breath back as Liam really was making her out of breath. The temptation all becoming too much for Cheryl as she felt his hardening member trapped inside his boxer shorts in between her legs as Liam began to caress her body more intensely. Moving his hands from her chest to her stomach until Cheryl let out a high pitched, sharp intake of breath pitched as she felt Liam's hand slowly burry under the waist band of her pyjama shorts and stroke her awaiting desire generating a quiet moan to escape from her lips, keeping close contact with Liam's lips she whined "Oh God Liam..." not being able to take much more as she just wanted him now, not being able to cope when he teased her like this, prompting her to move her hands down to her own pyjama shorts and tug them down before she was brought to a sudden stop as the loud cries of a baby began to develop in the background.

"You've got to be fucking joking" Liam cursed as there couldn't have been a worse time for Bear to start crying right now causing Liam to roll his eyes looking at Cheryl who found it all a bit funny. "Why are you laughing?" Liam sighed as he didn't find it funny at all and it would only be their luck for this to happen.

"Lighten up man, it's not his fault. He didn't know we were just about to make love haha" Cheryl said putting on a sensual voice making Liam smirk, letting out a massive sigh as he put his palm to his face as she rolled out from under him pulling her pyjama shorts back up. "We can always finish off what we started later, don't you worry, I'll make it up to ya" Cheryl winked making Liam chuckle before strolling out the room to get her baby boy.

Walking into Bear's room Cheryl's face lit up and a cute expression appeared onto her face as she caught sight of her little boy and started opening her hands out as he reached up to her and she picked him carefully out of his cot. "Well good morning my gorgeous boy, have you had a nice sleeping darling? Have you, have you?" Cheryl adoringly beamed in her baby voice generating a little giggle to escape from the little boys mouth, that being Cheryl's favourite sound in the world as knowing she was making him happy was the most important thing to her in the world. "Should we go see daddy?!" She chatted away to the excited baby who in response was trying to get "dadda" out of his mouth as recently he was really getting there to his first words. As Liam's two favourite people entered the room looking so happy he couldn't help but let out a besotted "aw".

"Well hello to my two most favourite people in the world!" Liam grinned lying on his back as Cheryl wondered over to him placing the cheerful baby boy on Liam's stomach as Cheryl walked round to the other side of the bed, laying down next to Liam, placing her head on his chest cuddling into him. Both of them were fixed on little Bear as he giddily started clapping his hands trying to say "dadda" again.

"Yes, that's dadda." Cheryl beamed with a wide smile on her face pointing at Liam as he kept attempting to say it. "Haha it's funny look, he gets annoyed at himself when he can't do it." Cheryl chuckled finding her baby boy very amusing as even though he couldn't quite say it yet, he was trying really hard so when he couldn't, there was various expressions on his face causing Cheryl and Liam to laugh. Bear had now quite happily began stroking and playing around with the hairs on Liam's face and he loved pulling at them generating Liam to burst out with some of the weirdest noises out of nowhere.

After a while of lying together as a family lost in their own thoughts Bear had managed to drift back off to sleep on Liam's stomach which was quite typical considering what the couple were up to before. Cheryl seemed to be very content resting her eyes with her head still on Liam's chest as Liam was deep in thought about how good everything was right now. He had everything he could've ever wanted... his own little family. It still was bizarre for him to think about how he ever managed to end up with the woman of his dreams and share a child with her. Anything could happen from now but it wouldn't matter as Liam had already done everything he could've ever possibly wanted to achieve and more. This had been by far the best year of his life without a doubt and the thought of how many more amazing years were to come gave him a warm, fuzzy feeling inside as he sat there imagining all the spectacular things they could do as a family when Bear grew up. They were all in a great place right now, on Cloud 9 in fact, nothing could bring them down and the best was still yet to come.
