Jess's POV

" I spot something in the distance! " I hear the captain of the guards say.

It was Petra, she jumped off the cobblestone tower and dashed to the source of the problem. I, on the other hand, quickly took out my sword and followed her.

If there was one thing to note, it was to never leave your friends alone. Even though Petra is the strongest warrior I've seen so far, i can't just let her go like  that. " Jess? Where are you going?! " screamed my twin brother. I signalled him to follow me. He nodded and did so.

We started running and observed our surroundings. The sky was grey...well

turning grey. There were clouds preparing to cover the sun and it seemed like thunder would strike soon. What could have caused all this? Right ahead of us was Petra, she was determined to know and to stop what's currently happening. " Petra! Slow down! " we yelled in union. She panted a bit.

" Guys, we need to find out what's happening and fast" She retorted.

We kept running, from time to time, picking up the face. My eyes were slowly shutting from how tired I was getting. Though I didn't want to alarm the pair.

My vision was getting blurrier by the second. I couldn't see properly. Mixed up illusions in my path. It was irritating. I tried to put my mind off something else.

I shut my eyes slowly but still kept running.

*THUD*

Suddenly, out of nowhere, I felt a figure slam into me. Due to that, I was flung to the left and my side was aching. The figure apprehended me and looked at me closely. I heard their pants. " W-What...? " I managed to whisper. Our figures landed on the cobblestone alley way. My back hitting first. Good thing I had my armour on, or else that would have been painful. " Jess? Are you...? "

My eyes snapped open at the sound of the voice. It wasn't Petra or Jesse. It was. " Romeo. " I said harshly. He looked at me with worried eyes. " Why did you just ran straight into a tree like that? Second, your eyes weren't even open!

are you mad?! " he basically snapped. I rolled my eyes and looked away. " Why do you care?! " I retorted, ignoring all the potential insults I was given. When someone mentions an admin...it's always bad news.

My eyes widened when I looked at him. " Ad....min? " my voice showed confusing. Wait what? He was an admin again?! How is this?!- " My brother gave you the punch of your life with that golden gauntlet! If that gold protocol thing Fred made wasn't strong enough to take away your powers, then what can?! ". I stopped talking and gulped. I was practically annoyed at this situation at hand. Romeo teleported off of me and stepped back. " T-That's kinda of a secret...Jess. " he said shortly. I didn't buy it. " Oh please? What kind of secrets may you possibly have? ' how to make enemies 101 ', 1. Kill your friend. 2. Make sure they think you're insane and make them craft a weapon to take away your admin powers. 3. Do crazy things. 4. Have someone get annoyed of you and have them find the gauntlet. 5. They punch you and your powers are removed. 6. Come back with your powers. " I said sarcastically.
