Part 15: You got to be kidding me.

Monday morning and for some odd reason, I don't mind going to school. Maybe it's cause Ruben and me are in love. Maybe..

"Whore, I'm here and I'm starving so feed me." 

I'm guessing Jasmine is here. "You practically live here, feed your own damn self" I say while jogging down the stairs trying to put my earring in. I walk in the kitchen and see Jasmine on my counter. Literally standing on my counter trying to reach the cereal on the top shelf in the pantry. 

"I know you see me struggling, help me please?" Jasmine pouts.

"Short girl problems huh?" I laugh and grab the fruit loops for her and then the corn pops for me. 

"Shut up" Jasmine is honestly the closest thing I have to family. I mean, she is my sister. But now watching her making a bowl of cereal at the table just got me thinking. 

After I snap out of my emotions, I sit across from her and make my bowl of cereal and start a conversation with Jasmine since it was pretty much silent, but a comfortable silence which I am very grateful of. 

"Enjoying my food?" I smirk at her and she looks up and mocks my smirk.

"Damn right" 

"Woah look at you all bad ass." I love teasing her.

"I learned from the best. And besides, being bad ass makes an incredible adventure."

"True. So you ready?"

"Yea. But slam my fucking door again, I dare you" 

"Oh trust me, your rich daddy can always buy you a new car if it had the slightest scratch on it." I'm not gonna lie, I kinda wished I had her parents. I mean they're always there for her and always support her even though they know she's trouble. Lucky bitch. 

We pull up to the parking lot and I cannot be more thankful because Jasmine was singing the gummy bear song for the past ten minutes. 

As soon as we park, I leap out the black Camero and take a deep breath. Yup, something is definitely different today. I look down and see my ring and I couldn't help but smile and fall in a trance but Jasmine squealed loud enough to gather everyone's attention, but when I turned around to look over the car I see Jasmine and Jose making out when he grabs her butt as if his life depended on it. Now I can see why Jasmine wanted attention from everyone. To claim what's hers. 

Nothing new honestly, well to me because I'm used to everyone staring at us so I just lean over and dive in the backseat to grab my bag when I felt two familiar arms wrap around my waist. I back up out of the car and turn to see Ruben with his damn charm that always makes me melt. If only he knew. He kisses me hungrily and says "Good morning beautiful" I couldn't help but blush. "Good morning babe" I said between the kisses I was giving him. 

We enter the building through the student entrance and it becomes a jungle. People going here and there. Left, right. This way that way. But it all looks so normal. We break apart to go to our lockers and as soon as we're far enough Jasmine comes up to me and grabs my arm and sequels, "Jose wants me to go to his house later on tonight." 

"Damn, use protection" I laugh at her excitement.

"No stupid, to meet his parents" 

"Mhm"

I swear, is it only me, or do pencils always seem to disappear? I finally find a short wooden one when Ruben comes up behind me and slides a blue led pencil in my hand and smirks, then kisses my cheek. What would I do without him?? I shut the locker and turn to see Jose and Jasmine right behind Ruben while Jose whispers in Jasmine's ear. Just when I was about to kiss Ruben again, he was yanked away and received several high fives and slaps on the back. I then see that the whole crew was here. Jasmine was talking to Liliy and April. While Jose, Ruben, Cj, Erick, Jason, and Brent are trying to trow a paper ball in the trash can. Boys will be boys. I join Jasmine and the girls and right away, April grabs my hand and sequels. Oh yeah, I forgot to tell them.
