Wednesday mornings are always hectic. Scratch that, Wednesday's are always hectic.

My alarm clock was buzzing next to my ear. I shot out of bed and headed for the bathroom, where I showered and brushed my hair and teeth. I threw on a All Time Low t-shirt and a pair of light wash skinny jeans. I slipped on my favorite, worn out, black converse. I grabbed my book bag and ran downstairs.

"Morning Bec." My mom made me chocolate chip pancakes, my favorite.

"Morning. Thanks mom." I started gobbling up my pancakes.

I glanced at the time on the microwave.

"Aw, crap!" I grabbed my last pancake and held it with my teeth. I grabbed my bag and my guitar case.

"Bye mom. See you tonight."

"Sorry have to work an extra shift. See you tomorrow." She yelled from the kitchen.

"Ok love you." I ran out the door to my car. I threw my guitar case and my bag in the back and then climbed in the front.

Finally, I arrived at my high school. Grabbing my stuff from the back, I locked my car and walked in.

First class was English with Ms. L. Her last name is really long so everyone called her Ms. L. I think everyone just forgot it.

"Good morning, class." She greeted. Her long blonde hair was in a messy bun.

"I have decided that for your last assignment of the year, you'll be writing an essay on person and their job. So you will have to interview someone." She said. "For the rest of class, please brainstorm ideas of question to ask."

"Who am I going to interview?" I wondered.

For the rest of class, I stared at my blank sheet of paper, thinking of who to interview.

I bell rung and I gathered my stuff.

"Don't forget class this is due next Friday." Ms. L added.

As I was walking through the hall, I saw Brittany, the meanest, most popular girl at school.

She dropped a piece of trash on the floor as I past.

"Oops. Clean it up, janitor." She and her posse laughed. I rolled my eyes and tried to continue walking. I heard Emily's voice and turned around.

"You clean it up, you little...ugh." She reached down and grabbed the trash. Next thing I knew she shoved it down her shirt. I covered my smile and tried not to laugh.

"Ugh! Emily!" Brittany screamed.

Emily turned on her heels and headed my way with a smile.

"You seem satisfied." I laughed. "Thanks."

"No problem and yes. Yes I am, satisfied." She smirked.

We walked together to our next class, Math.

The rest of the day went by pretty quickly. I finished up my classes for today then headed to Emily's for band practice.

After a few hours of band practice, I drove to the El Ray theatre. They already had signs up, showing that 5sos would be there. When I finished work, it was around 6:00pm. I headed home.

I dropped my guitar and bag off in my room. Then took off my shoes and threw them in the closet. I walked slowly back downstairs and sat down at the table.

"Hey, Bec. How was your day?" Josh asked.

"Exhausting." I leaned back in my chair.

He let out a soft chuckle. "Just wait until you get to college."

I groaned and he chuckled again.

"Alright, everybody. Chicken and fried rice is ready." Anna walking in from the kitchen carrying two bowls. She set them down and then sat down herself.

"Aw man, this is amazing!" I said as soon as I swallowed my first bite.

"Thanks!" Anna exclaimed, excitedly. "I'm glad you like it."

"This is WAY better than mom's cooking!" I laughed. "She can't cook to save her life."

"It's true!" Josh laughed along. "One time she almost burnt down the whole house and the fire department came."

After dinner, Anna grabbed the dished off the table.

"Well, I cooked so I'm not doing dishes." Anna laughed. My eyes widened.

"Not it!" I yelled then ran upstairs.

"Aw come on!" Josh sighed. I could hear Anna laugh.

I closed my door and pulled out my guitar. I hooked it up to my amplifier and strummed to make sure everything was right. Which it was.

I played a few chords and worked on the song I was writing.

After a while, I went to bed.
