Rey walked on inside the market and walked about one of the aisles. She stopped and picked up a package, glancing around before popping the packaging open and smelling what was inside.

Quickly admitting to herself that she's eaten things that smelled worse she tucked the package under her arm and grabbed two more of the same.

" This will do." She said out loud before going up to the counter and placing the three items on the counter.

Her face then turned to Kylo. " And what would change if you killed Snoke? Would you change the order? Or keep it the same?"

Kylo didn’t really have a solid answer for that question despite the amount of time he had spent musing over it. His ultimate goal was to dethrone Snoke in order to alleviate his own problems, of course. But there were other things he had watched happen over the years, rules and restrictions that the Order had put in place that he’d never agreed with... “There are trade restrictions put in place on a lot of the planets that chose to remain neutral. The point is to try starving them into submission, but this war is ours to fight, not theirs to suffer. That would change.”

Another snake-like being stepped up to he and Rey from the other side of the counter, expecting credits. It was in one swift motion that he used a device on his wrist to transfer his own credits over. Rey had gone and thrown her own device out of the window, as he recalled, and this way they were moving on faster. With the skies dark, the way the beings moved was even more unsettling now.

“I have other things in mind, but I’m sure you know just as well as I do that it wouldn’t be wise to start any preemptive planning. I still have things to learn from him,” he repeated.

" Id agree to go with you if you would would agree we kill Snoke and change the order for the better." Rey told him as she stopped digging in her bags for Chewy's credit numbers.

She then took hold of her food and tossed one of the unopened packages his way. " I thought you weren't buying me dinner tonight. Don't expect any affection from me because of it." She teased and rolled her eyes.

Kylo just barely caught the package Rey tossed his way, Jedi reflexes be damned; he was much more distracted by the promise — was that what it was? — of Rey agreeing to leave with him. He would have to think that over, but quickly. Now was the opportune time, when she wasn’t around any Resistance influence that tried to sway her thoughts in the opposite direction.

“I don’t want anything from you but to see exactly what you’re capable of.” And he already had once, as represented by the scar cut across his face. But he did prefer to see some of that aggression acted out on someone else. “How would you change the Order?” he asked out of genuine curiosity.

" Change it back to how it once was. Where Jedi were the center and they focused on peace." She told him simply before walking outside and taking a seat on a bench.

" That's what the rebels want. That's what it should be.
And I know you know that or you wouldn't be bothered that people are going hungry over this war.  Children." Rey let out a deep breathe.

" On Jakku...a child was found dead nearly everyday. Most of them just laid out in the sand, food for the birds. Cooked." Rey shook her head and crossed one of her legs over the other.

" I use to wonder when that would be me? When I would just fall and dry up like a rasin." She admitted for the first time out loud.
