Hi everyone! I know I keep posting these parts, but I just want to keep you guys updated when I hear about news!
Anyways, I have a cousin who used to live in Saskatchewan. He is in college now in Alberta and my aunt (his mom) and my other cousins (his younger siblings) all life in a town about an hour or two away from Saskatoon.
He knew some of the players in the Humboldt crash. I don't think he knew them in a personal level, but he used to play hockey against them. And it all made me wonder.
He is doing fine, he's sad of course, but he's holding up well.
But the fact that I have a friend and now a cousin who knew or knows some of the players on the team made me really think.
We are all connected, in more ways than one.
It doesn't matter if you're Canadian, or Italian, or Russian or Australian or Brazilian or any nationality. We are all connected. We all are together in some type of way. This crash may have hit more towards Canadians, but it hit towards everyone.
I just wanted to tell you all that and to give you guys something to think about.

P.S check out my other book, Sugar, Spice and Nothing Nice. It's on my profile and I would really appreciate it if you checked it out. Thank you all!
