Chapter 10

Jayden's POV

I grinned knowing that I got one on my sister. Adrienne doesn't have a clue that her plan backfired.

Flashback

"Come on Gage, tell me where Adrienne is heading." Chief Gage Schultz scratch his head. "Fine Jayden. She is heading to Costa Eureka and it looks like Ashley Rayne is with her." I smirked. "Thanks for the information man." "Yeah, Yeah now go Jayden." I laughed leaving his office.

End of Flashback

I watched tourists come and go from the resort until two familiar faces surfaced from the crowd. Adrienne gasps as she sees me and I go after them.

Adrienne's POV

"Fuck!" I said. Ashley looked at me with concern. "What's wrong?" I pointed. "See for yourself." Ashley looks and curses under her breath. "This isn't good Adrienne. He looks pissed." "He is pissed you dimwit!" I said taking her by the arm and running towards the rooms. Once there, we made a beeline to our room but there he was intercepting us again. "Don't even think about running again sis. You're so dead right now." My brother said grabbing me by my throat. I gagged for air. "Jayden stop, you're hurting her!" Ashley pleaded. "Since when did you become all buddy buddy with my conniving sister?" He said. That's what I thought as well. Ashley was speechless and Jayden smirked. "Exactly my point," he said directing his attention back to me. "What are you doing here Adrienne?" He released his grip on me just a little. Regaining my breath, I replied. "It's none of your business bro." I felt anger surged through him as he slung me across the hall. I screamed landing with a heavy crash. The last thing I saw was Jayden grabbing Ashley slamming her to the door behind him before everything went black.

Jayden's POV

I stormed onto the nearest elevator after slinging both Adrienne and Ashley around. I needed to get the fuck outta here and fast. Reaching the ground floor, I stepped out and is greeted by a bubbly face. "Jayden I can't believe it's you!" I looked up and smiled. "Jazzy, it's been a long time." She smiled giving me a hug. "Now how is my beloved cousin doing nowadays?" I grinned at her. Jasmine Savage, Adrienne and I's bubbly cousin. "I'm doing fine Jazz. What brings you here?" Jasmine smiles. "Your best friend is outside waiting for you." "Are you serious?" I said my eyes widen with excitement. She nods and I give her another hug before heading out to see my friend.
