A SEEMINGLY PERPETUAL gloom of darkness roamed the evening skies. Dark, raging clouds brooded above, glaring down at the group of determined teenagers huddling under the haunting, eerie 'OAK CREEK' sign. The letters resided hidden between the weaves of dead, withered flowers. Your hand clutched Isaac's tighter as you eyed the towering, creaky fence in front of you; the sharp, pointed alloys of metal protruding upwards, like spiking daggers, from the barrier. You felt uneasy just peering up at them.

The curly haired boy beside you noticed the shiver that brushed down your spine as you looked around, weary of the poignant whispers of screams and secrets beyond ever imaginable that remained behind these wretched gates. Letting your cold hand free, he wrapped his arm around your shoulder and brought you closer into his safe vicinity instead. You appreciated the gesture, your eyes snapping away from the arcane setting before you as you huddled into his side - your fingers coming up and clasping at his dark jacket, fearful.

Something bad was going to happen, you could feel it. It was like a nagging sensation, causing the rise of goosebumps across your soft skin, despite the warm air surrounding, and your stomach to present nervous, jittery flips.

"I'm here to save my best friend," Allison spoke, confidence rolling from her firm stance in waves as she grasped her signature bow between her fingers.

"I came to save mine," Scott's dark, chocolate eyes filtered to the unusually quiet and paling Stiles.

The recent events that had occurred in Beacon Hills had taken a lot of out everyone, especially your friends. From the Darach and her human sacrifices and the simultaneous rivalry with the Alpha Pack, to the Nemeton's revival of power, and the dark Japanese spirit that fed off chaos and pain and it's sidekick demon warriors, also known as the Nogitsune and the Oni; nobody could keep up.

You'd often spend nights alone with your boyfriend, holding each other and talking about anything and everything until one of you fell victim to their fatigue and slept soundly in the other's arms. But, there was a night that you remembered the most, the events still fresh in your mind as Isaac held you close under the dark lettering that spelt out the name of the WWII Japanese camp; you desperately clung onto the memory at that moment.

Exhaustion flowed through your sluggish body and tears glistened in your eyes as you'd whimpered out, crestfallen, "Nothing is right," Referring to all the supernatural messes that you could never see an end to, and your damp cheek pressed up against his chest. His arms wound lovingly around your shaking body, his chin rested gently on the top of your head as he swayed the two of you side to side in the faintest way, hoping to diminish your dejection and dispiritedness.

"We're right," He'd whispered in contradiction to your previous, sad wail of a statement, his tone encased with such conviction that your cries fell quieter and left behind the soft sniffles in their wake. You'd leant back into the solace of Isaac's arms, silently searching his features, your eyes shining.
