"My first day of camp. My feelings? Nerve wrecking. Not only is it a summer camp with complete strangers, but I'm also going to a completely different country! America would have been fantastic! But instead we had a change and now we're going to Germany. Germany looks pretty in pictures, but I don't speak German and nor do my cabin mates. The summer camp is for people who are 'attention whores' or 'depressed.' Adults certainly get the two words mixed up with each other. My parents are sending me there because I "have no friends" and "I'm always depressed." Those things are true, yes, but I don't need to go to camp for it. If anything I'm perfectly fine. They just started worrying about me since I changed my wardrobe, cut my hair short, and bleached it blonde. Honestly, does that sound depressing? I think not! But that was a couple months ago and now my hair is growing back, or it was until I chopped it off again. It made my parents frustrated which is why I am now here in this stupid camp full of strangers."

"Thank you Sunny for that long introduction of yourself." The camp director said. I gave her a fake smile and got up to go down to the docks. The only good thing from this camp is that it's near a river so we can swim whenever. I'm not the swimming type but the scenery is beautiful. First day of being alone. First day of not knowing anyone. First time being independent. Fantastic. I let out a long and loud sigh as I sat down on a large rock and let my feet dangle into the cold water. It was pretty warm out here I guess, it was windy but who cares?

"You're gonna get sick." A voice said from behind me. I jumped a tiny bit and turned around quickly. The stranger was actually... cute. I stood up and the water was up to my knees, getting my pants wet. I forgot about the water. The man snickered and stuck his hand out. I took it and he helped pull me out of the water. Not that I was stuck or anything.
"It's lunch time, why are you out here?" He asked, surprisingly in Korean unlike everyone else who spoke in English.

"I wasn't hungry." I lied. In fact I was starving, the only thing I've eaten was an apple my friend gave me before I got on the plane.

"Well, let's go eat then. I'm Taemin by the way." He said as he stuck his hand out again, I gladly shook it and followed him to the lunch hall.
