A Girl Meets Love

Chapter 12

"WAKE UP! EVERYONE GO TO YOUR STATIONS!" Those words woke me up, it also pissed me off. It's like 7 AM. What normal human wakes up at this time...

I rolled off the old mattress and looked around while squinting my eyes. They were still sleeping. How did they not wake up from that annoying voice? This was my opportunity to use the bathroom first. And that was exactly what I did. When I got out they were still sleeping and I glanced at every single one of them. I should just leave them all here so then can get in trouble for not waking up. Heh...they'd be so pissed. That's also not a nice thing to do, not waking them up and just leaving them here. I turned around and went to the door to leave.

"Were you really just about to leave?!" I jumped a bit from the random voice who yelled. I turned back around and saw Luhan sitting up and was just glaring. From the other bunk bed I saw the blanket move and on the top bunk two arms were stretching.

"You guys didn't wake up yourself, that's your own responsibility..." I muttered as I opened the door and walked out. The wind was warm and light. Great, my hair will get messed up now. I started to walk towards the dining hall. Today's duty was making food. A lot of food. A crap-load of food. It's pretty much mush, not like anyone eats it anyways.

I glared at every person who passed by me. Them with their smiles... How can they all smile and act like everything is okay? This is a camp to help depression and we haven't been here for that long and there's smiles on people's faces...

"Maybe if you smile it will be as bright as your name." a voice said. I turned my head and saw Sehun run up next to me. I tilted my head in confusion and he just smiled awkwardly. "Sunny. When it's sunny outside its bright and if you smile it'll be bright..." He awkwardly laughed and blushed.

"Cheesy." I muttered as I pushed the doors opened and went to grab and apron. "Where's the others?"

"I don't know. Maybe they didn't wake up." He said it casually like it was fine that they didn't wake up to do their duties. It's their responsibility. No, I shouldn't even care about this... I tied the apron and went to one of the pots and started to stir the "mashed potatoes" that were in there. The food here was so gross. I don't even think this is edible. Or potatoes. The door opened and in came Taemin with Luhan beside him, of course. What if they were gay for each other? I snickered to myself and felt a hand grab my forearm which caused me to stop stirring. I looked up and saw Sungmin staring at me.

"What?" I asked him. He gave me a smile and let go of my arm and walked away.

Weirdo.

Luhan and Taemin were laughing and throwing things at each other, I assume since things kept falling. I felt irritated. We are supposed to be working, why are they being so obnoxious?

"Sunny~" Luhan sung my name in an annoying tone. I looked up and sent him a glare which made him laugh.

"What the hell do you want?" I asked while gritting my teeth. He shrugged and threw flour at Taemin. Would anyone miss them if they were murdered?

"Sunny. Sunny. Sunny. Sunny." I continued to stir the food while my name was being called annoyingly. They kept saying my name in different tones. Sometimes high pitched sometimes really deep. It was still super annoying. After a couple of minutes with them saying my name, I slammed the spoon on the counter and glared at the two bastards who need to learn how to shut up. Taemin gave me this smile that was just... *shivers*... Luhan just looked at me with a straight face.

"If you keep saying my name I will punch you all in the dick." I said with a straight face as I went over to the sink to clean the dishes.

"That'll be the closest thing you'll get to any sexual encounter." I heard Luhan whisper. I tried not to laugh but that was sorta funny.

"They're stupid, ignore them." Sungmin said as he squeezed my shoulder and went to chop some... I think it was tomatoes but I'm not sure.

It took about an hour but we finished with everything in the kitchen. Everything in there was gross and so unsanitary. I'm done eating camp food. I hung my apron up and left the kitchen and started to walk towards the beach so I can enjoy the sounds of the waves hitting the shores. (a/n: does anyone else just find it soothing and could fall asleep to that noise ooh) As I walked I felt an arm go around my shoulder and I looked up to see who it was. Sungmin, of course.

"So, where are you going?" He asked.

"I am going to the beach." I ducked down and got out of his grasp then walked faster to try and be alone.

"Okay, bye!" He yelled. Huh, finally someone who leaves me alone.
