“I won't stop loving you, even if i die.” when daehwi said those words, jinyoung never expected daehwi to really die. no one expected lee daehwi to die.

daehwi succumb to sadness and ended his own life and to say that guanlin was broken, is an understatement. his whole being was annihilated and his soul was dull, daehwi— his bestfriend—died and now, he has to deal with two unbearable pain. first jihoon then daehwi, guanlin just wants to curse HIM for taking away two important person out of his life, but then again, he can't. he can never blame God, no- not ever.

guanlin stared blankly at daehwi's coffin, sure he wasn't crying but his eyes were full of pain and the pain on his chest was almost deadly.

he glanced at jinyoung and jihoon who just arrived at the funeral, guanlin's jaw clenched. “why the fuck are they here?” he angrily whispered but enough for woojin, a friend of daehwi, to hear.

“calm down, its daehwi's funeral.” woojin whispered back with monotonous tone. guanlin sighed and glared at jinyoung who looked at him.

“guanlin.” jinyoung greeted as soon as he went near guanlin who scowled at him.

“the fuck do you want, fuck face?” woojin held guanlin back. “guanlin, stop.”

“im here to apologize.” jinyoung stated earning a burning glare of anger from guanlin.

“to what?” guanlin asked with a bitter tone, jinyoung kept his blank face. jihoon encircling his arms around jinyoung's.

“to apologize.” jinyoung repeated and guanlin finally lost it, woojin didn't even held guanlin back.

“TO APOLOGIZE?! YOU FUCKTARD, IS YOUR SORRY ENOUGH TO BRING DAEHWI'S LIFE?! IF YOU- IF YOU ONLY TREATED HIM RIGHT AND DIDN'T CHEATED ON HIM WITH- WITH JIH- WITH THAT SLUT-” jihoon gasped and was about to slap guanlin when jinyoung stopped him. “THEN DAEHWI COULD'VE BEEN ALIVE AND WELL!! FUCK OFF!!”

Guanlin punched jinyoung that resulted for jinyoung to stumble backwards, jihoon immediately helped jinyoung, worried was flashed on his face. Guanlin diverted his gaze, it was painful.

jinyoung sighed and stood up, wiping the blood around his lips. “i dont care what you say, but i already apologized. Come on, ji.” jinyoung pulled jihoon out of there, guanlin broke down and fell on his knees.

“daehwi, daehwi, why'd you left?” woojin hugged guanlin and whispered comforting words but they both knew it has no effect.

the pain of losing daehwi, their actual sunshine, was too much to bear. woojin clenched his eyes shut, tears streaming down his face. he turned his head to daehwi's coffin.

'i should've confessed.”
