Naina instantly turned away from him. She walked a bit towards a girl in the store, whispered something in her ear and she left the store as soon as possible. Rajveer stood there still in shock. The other girl came forward and started showing the designs.
'wow.. amazing designs' exclaimed Nita. 'Raj.. ye kaisi hai..'
But Rajveer stood there shocked looking at the direction she just left.

Past, (7 years back, Rajveer's pov)
A man came out of the auditions room and informed them,'lunch ke baad audition continue karenge'
'yaar, ye log aur kitne din audition lega? teen din ho chuke hai.. aur kitne din iss office ke chakkar kaatne hai', people who came for giving auditions were irritated with the audition organizers.
Rajveer sighed and stoop up to leave but he noticed someone still sitting there. He turned back and saw a girl sitting on the bench and was looking here and there. He had noticed her from the day one the auditions started. She looked nervous, anxious and scared. Her eyes said everything. He walked back towards her.
'aap lunch karne nahi ja rahi hai' Rajveer looked at her with concern. She shot her head up and saw him standing in front of her.
'nahi.. oh.. main.. nahi jaa rahi hun' she stumbled over her words.
'kyun?' Rajveer somehow felt curious to know more about her and talk to her.
'audition shuru hone ke liye ek do ghante lagenge, woh log bhi lunch karne chale gaye hai' Rajveer tried to assure her thinking she was nervous about being rejected in auditions.
'nahi.. main baad mein khaa lungi' she said. Rajveer not wanting to force her anymore, saying 'theek hai' he walked towards the canteen.
After half an hour he saw her entering the canteen. She sat at a table in the end one and started looking at the menu, searching for the low cost food items. Finally she just filled the glass with water and drank it. Rajveer approached her and occupied the chair opposite to her. He gave her a warm smile. Seeing her staring at him, 'main yahaan bait sakta hun na?' he asked for her permission. She nodded her head slowly. As soon as the food he ordered arrived, he was about to take a bite but stopped, 'aapko yahaan ki paani bahut pasand aayi?' he asked her. When she looked up at him in confusion. 'I mean.. yahaan paani ke alawa aur bhi food items hai.. jaise ki ye aloo paratha.. bahut tasty hai..ek baar aap taste karogi?'
'nahi..' an immediate response came from her as he passed his plate towards her.
'please, ek baar try kariye.. agar aapko pasand nahi aayi toh rehne dete'
She reluctantly took a small bite of paratha from his plate and ate it.
'pasand aayi?..' she nodded her head.
'toh ek order karte hai'
'nahi..' came her immediate response again. As he looked at her with a frown on his face.
'mere paas jyada paise nahi hai'
'mujhe patha hai, bill main pay karunga' She stared at him in surprise..how did he know?
'nahi.. aap..' before she denied him 'aap mujhe iss bill amount ki paise baad mein bhi de sakti hai'
He ordered food for her. She ate quickly as she was hell hungry and had not eaten proper food from past 3 days. He kept watching her as she finished eating. When she looked up at him and caught him staring at her, he immediately took his eyes off her.
