Shiori Kuromiya could safely say she never hated anyone. Not even Hikaru and Kaoru Hitachiin, who had spent years upon years hating her for a reason unknown. Not even her mother, who had sent her off to a prestigious boarding school far from Tokyo in order to forget about her mysteriously hospitalized sister, only to ship Shiori right back three years later.
Kaoru Hitachiin was mistrustful of almost everyone- with the exception of his brother, Hikaru, who had been attached to him at the hip since they were born. And maybe Haruhi, the new member of the Host Club who could tell the two apart with the blink of an eye. He especially hated Student Council fundraising officer, Shiori Kuromiya, although he couldn't quite put his finger on why.
But when he catches a fleeting glimpse of her crying in the boy's bathroom, his malicious feelings quickly begin to change.
