Chapter 55

When Temari entered the school, Sakura, Konan and TenTen right besides her,  the first thing that she noticed was the looks that they were currently getting.

Suspicious glares from some, pity looks from others and it was getting annoying.

"What's there problem?." Ino asked from behind them.

"Don't know.. Wanna find out?." Hinata said.

TenTen stepped forward and cupped her hands around her mouth.
"Yo!." She yelled.
"What the hell you'll looking at?!."

"We want to see this girl get punished!." A guy yelled, pointing at Sakura.
That left them puzzled, before they bought Izumi forward.

"Izumi was with Itachi first, but Sakura stole him from her!."

There was a moment of silence before Sakura herself bursted out laughing loudly, quickly joined by the eight girls besides her, pure honest to God, gut wrenching laughter racked her body all over.
She wheezed, clutching her stomach, nearly toppling forward of Itachi didn't wrap his arms around her was, the rest doing the same.

"Oh my Kami!." She rasped.
"Best God damn joke of the morning!."

The Akatsuki rolled their eyes playfully as the student of the university all stared at them in confusion and bewilderment...

"Too much!... Its too much." Teny whined from her position flat on the ground, Deidara seated besides her, head propped up in his palm as he watched her laugh with a fond smile.

"That theory is utterly ridiculous." Temari pointed out.

"Yea." Ino added.
"Its a known fact that Itachi and Sakura were already together way before Izumi even found her way back in the picture."

"True that." Konan grinned.
"I'm a witness. So what this spoiled little princess over there." She pointed to a shocked Izumi.
"She's been feeding you idiots lies and you people are just eating it up."

"Plus." Naruto piped up, eyes flashing bright red.
"Tachi-nii and Sakura-chan are married, so such accusations are invalid."

Ignoring the shocked looks at the married part

"Well said my brother...well said." Kiba said patting Naruto on the shoulder making the whiskered boy to grin.

"Now enough with this ridiculous nonsense." Sasori growled.
Sai standing next to him.
"You have two choices, give up and believe what's right or continue to do the stupid thing."

"If you chose to continue this stupidity, you'll have to go through us," Sai said with a calm closed eyed smile.
"And believe me, you won't even make it to lay a finger on us."

At that look and that statement, most of them dispatched immediately, while others apologized before running off. Izumi was left all alone and defenceless.

"Now, now Izumi dear." Konan began.
"You know better than to war with us."

Said girl fidgeting was noticeable.

"Try this shit against and see what happens to one Izumi Uchiha." Temari growled, and the Akatsuki moved on, leaving a shaking Izumi in their wake, wondering what she had just gotten herself into.

With that problem sorted out, nobody dared to approach then with no accusation..

They noticed that Tsurumi was a bit down though, probably still blaming herself for Sakura's injuries.
It had taken a hour or do to drill it into the girls head that it was alright.

That evening, Sakura and Tsurumi headed out alone to get some junk food they were having, not noticing that they were being followed, last minute though, Sakura did.

She stopped in her tracks, sent a calm smile to Tsurumi, who looked at her confused. And before she could say anything, Sakura moved with such speed, that she hardly had time to blink before a grunt was heard, the crush of bones and Sakura's signature yell was heard.

"Saky!." She yelled, running towards the sound only to stop as she saw Sakura standing above a groaning man, holding his sides.

"Whoa." She breathed, and watched as Sakura's head snapped towards her, green eyes shining brightly.

"Didn't sensed him until last minute, sorry there Tsurumi."

Sakura leaned down and grabbed the guy buy his shirt.
"Who sent you bastard?.".

The man attempted to stay quiet, but his ragged breaths and small whimpers were giving him away
" answer me damn it!." Sakura growled, shaking him a bit.

"Mi-mister Nishigori!." The man yelled and Tsurumi froze up as Sakura threw the man aside in disgust.

"Your dad is a real pain in the ass, do you know that?." Sakura said, looking at her and Tsurumi couldn't do anything else but to nod.

"Yea." She said, " I know.".

"Well come on." Sakura said rather cheerfully, grabbing one of the guys ankle and began dragging him.
"Im going to shove him in Itachi's face once he opens his trap about what was taking us so long.".

Now that had Tsurumi laughing all the way as they made their way home.

Sorry for such a short chappy guys.

I thought I had the weekend off this week but apparently that was not the case.

So I apologized for the shortness.
.but I hope you guys like it though.
