Orientation: Pansexual (doesn't mind dating women or men)
Appearance: Eveyln has tan skin, dark brown hair and eyes. She has an eyepatch over her left eye, with a scar running from there to the left cheek. She dons on white blouse with a black jacket, which has a high collar. A necklace with her crest on it (a dove) is on her neck.
Faceclaim is an unknown person, but works well for Evelyn. Perhaps a re-color of Rose from Fullmetal Alchemist:

Personality: Evelyn's not as outgoing as the other characters are. She's mostly serious, and does come off as sarcastic from time to time, even when she's not annoyed at someone.
Despite this, she is a caring person. She's listened to any problems her students had at Atlas' academy, and helped stand up for them, before she got fired and enlisted in Beacon as a professor there for doing so.
Skills and Abilities: Evelyn is strategical, and thinks her moves out ahead of time. She watches the enemy's moves first, then strikes when she has thought up her plan.
She uses her semblance to dodge attacks when she can, or sneak up on her enemies when they least expect it.
Weapon(s) and fighting style:
She has a two-sided scythe named Slicer, since she couldn't think of a good name for it. She uses her weapon strategically like she does with her skills, and can use either side to throw her enemies off guard. She can press the handle so she can use just one side, or turn it into a sniper if she's dealing with an enemy from afar.
Aura/Semblance: His aura is black, and shows when her aura's depleted. Her semblance is Shadow Stalker, similar to Tyson's. As mentioned before, she can use this to dodge attacks or sneak up on enemies.
Backstory/History: Evelyn grew up in a rich, snobby family in Atlas. Her parents had always expected her to be the perfect girl who would be the 'heiress' to their mansion when one of them passed away. They weren't as rich as Jacque Schnee, but were just as strict.
Evelyn was often pressured for doing stuff they wanted her to do with lessons and jobs they had done that brought them up the social ladder. She felt uneasy, but didn't speak up until it became too much for her.
At age 17, she finally managed to speak up, and ended up getting kicked out of the mansion. She came across Winter Schnee, who was living at the Atlas Academy. Winter helped her enroll in there, and the two became good friends.
She ended up teaching there at age 21, and had a good representation before one of the teachers called her out for helping her students out with their problems. She was sent to Vale, where she used her information from Atlas to become a professor at Beacon. That is where she met Qrow and his team, and befriended them, as well as making her team, EBNI (Evelyn, Byran, Nellie, Ian) when doing missions for the Academy.
The rest of her story will play out in Golden Girl.
