Habits: Tends to tap one of her canine teeth that formed after finding out about her Quirk. She mainly does this when she's thinking. She also looks away when she's lying.

Fears: Losing her sister and father, letting down her students and friends if something doesn't go right.

Personality: Yoru used to be outgoing and nice, but she rarely ever talks, unless she's with her friends. The death of her mother impacted her greatly, but not as much as her sister, Dai. Whenever she shows her talkative side towards people she trusts, she shows herself as protective, teasing (if it's about a friend's crush or something else), and kind. She sometimes lets her anger get the better of her whenever the line is crossed, like Katsuki trying to bully Dai for standing up for Izuku.

Backstory: Yoru was the first of two children born to Tenpi and Adiora Ishoku. Both of her parents were well known heroes, but not as well known as All Might and the other top heroes. She was hyper and talkative as a child and it often took her mother to calm her down. When she was six years old, she discovered her Quirk when she had decided to scream her lungs on while throwing a fit of not getting what she wanted (of which she was grounded for). Since then, she has had bat-like ears and slits that only activate when she uses her Quirk in saving people's lives or fighting.

At age ten, her sister Dai was introduced to her and she found herself protective over the new arrival. She did find herself jealous because of her sister getting a lot more attention than she did, but she would do anything to protect Dai. Yoru had become more mature and less of a troublemaker, but the old version of herself was clearly evident in Dai. The two had formed a strong bond as Dai got older, but it didn't last long.

Family: 

- Adiora: Yoru's role model/mother until she was fourteen. She got the majority of her looks from her mother and her similar Quirk was inherited from her. The two had a strong bond since Yoru trusted her mother and often hung out around her compared to her father, who was busy as one of the top heroes in Japan back then. Adiora died at a villain's hands right before they were defeated by her.

- Tenpi: Yoru and Dai's father. He retired from being a hero when Dai was four, becoming more present in their lives. Ever since Adiora's death, they have become closer than before. You could say that Tenpi was now playing the roles of both parents. Even though he doesn't understand completely about Dai's sudden change in personality and her risky behaviors, he is still someone that won't let down either of his daughters.

Romantic Interests: Emi Fukuado. The two are friends that met at U.A. High School. They were often paired up together when the teachers were testing their Quirk skills, becoming rivals due to this. But their rivalry wasn't jabbing at each other's egos or proving whose Quirk was the best. It was just friendly rivalry, but they ended it when they graduated.

Yoru and Emi hung out often, sometimes having to help save the world with the known heroes in Japan if their meetings were interrupted. Yoru distances herself from Emi when she finds out Dai had gotten into U.A. despite failing her classes at junior high, but eventually meets up with her again during the exam arc.

Yoru keeps her feelings for Emi under lock and key, since she developed them due to the bond they share and Emi's personality. But Emi will find out later about Yoru's crush on her and they will get together in the future.

Allies: Class 1-A, 1-B (technically U.A.), Toshinori Yagi, Mt. Lady, Ice Breaker (another OC), Dai Ishoku, Aizawa, Emi, and Recovery Girl.

Physical Weaknesses: She was premature when she was born and had breathing difficulties from it. Besides those, she developed normally with her parents' help. But sometimes her breathing will get short at times after she uses her Quirk.

Mental/Emotional Weaknesses: She was psychologically traumatized by the death of her mother and has worked at not showing that it effects her every single day of her life. This explains why she has trouble controlling her anger if someone mentions her mother in a negative light or if they're hurting her allies/friends.

Quirk
Name (also above): Bat Screech

Description: Yoru activates it when dire situations such as saving the citizens comes into play. Her irises become slits and her ears go straight up. She breathes in a lot of air before letting it out, causing a resonation of sound to hit her opponent, disconcerting them completely.

Strength: She is able to attack the villain when they're caught off guard, allowing other heroes if they're present to finish the villain off. The screeching also keeps her from getting distracted.

Weaknesses: If there's  too much going on at once, she can't activate her Quirk. If she tries screeching at times like that, it will backfire on her, causing her to be  disconcerted herself. She's nearly gone deaf from her own Quirk.
