Chapter 13

FINN'S POV
You walk up to Nick's room and Knock on his door.
"Hey Nick?" You ask.
"Come in" He shouts.
"I wanted to talk." You say. You sit down on his bed and he sits down next to you.
"What's up?" He asks.
"It's Ebony , I rly like her Nick and she likes me but....."
"But what?" He says.
"She doesn't know I'm not a normal kid. She doesn't know about the paparazzi or the fans , she likes me for who I am not because I'm famous." You sigh.
"You need to tell her. If she's as sweet as I think she is , then she'll stick with you through everything Finn."
"That's the thing Nick , I know she'll stick with me but I don't want to ruin her life with the fame. I can't stand it , I can't let her life be destroyed by fame and paparazzi. She's too incredible to be eaten at by them... and the hate , the hate that she would get is terrible. I can't let her go through that Nick."
You start to choke up , Nick notices and hugs you.
"It's not fair to let her go through that Finn , I know but love's not fair and if she really loves you then none of it will matter. It's up to you what decision you make , but just know that you're not going to find something like this again Finn. So don't take it for granted."
You wipe your eyes with your sleeve.
"She's beautiful , Nick. She's everything I could ask for. I've known her for 3 days and I feel wrong without her , like a planet fallen out of orbit. "
He pulls you into a hug and you try your hardest to stay strong , but the sadness comes over you like a wave and you break down. You sob uncontrollably into his shoulder and he hugs you tighter. You can't bare too loose her , but it might be the right thing to do. She deserves better than you , she deserves someone who can give her a normal life. A life where she's not pressured into being something she's not.
"Thankyou , Nick." You say , "I'm sorry for this."
"You don't have anything to be sorry for Finn , stuff like this happens."
