Alyssa's POV
I was awoken by the sound of my alarm clock. 7:00 am. That's just the time you want to wake up at on a Friday. I lay in bed for a solid hour, checking my social media and watching youtube. When I finally had the will to get up, I shower, then get dressed. I usually don't wear makeup on an average day. By the time I got out of the hotel, it was already 9 am. I decided to head to one of the small cafés around the corner that Josh had suggested to me last night. After all, the meeting with the cast and crew of the tv show only started at 12 pm. When I walk through the door, the aroma of fresh baked bagels and coffee hits me. I felt like I could eat a full course meal. I order an iced cappuccino and a blueberry bagel with cream cheese. When I'm done eating, I take a long stroll on the streets of Toronto. I mentally take note of a few places I pass that I'd like to visit when I have the chance to. I realize that I was closer to the building where the cast is supposed to meet than I thought. I check the time. 11:30. I'm sure they won't mind if I'm early. I might even make a good impression. As I go inside, I see a tall man enter the elevator. I hurry over asking him to hold the doors for me, but he just looks at me blankly and lets them close. Asshole. His face seemed familiar, but I couldn't quite place it. It was probably just someone I passed on the streets. I use the second elevator and head to the 11th floor. As I step out, i see a long hallway, then double-doors with a sign saying RESERVED. I peek my head in-between the doors and recognize the director and producer of the show, whom I met during the auditions, talking to someone I couldn't see. I walk inside, trying hide my nervousness. But all of my confidence crumbles instantly when I see him. It was the man with the loud music on the plane. And the same rude man from the elevator. It really is a small world after all. Yet I never run into Beyoncé. When he sees me, his face shows surprise and confusion, but he quickly hides it with a smile. John, the director turns and smiles when he sees me.
"Ah, Alyssa! How are you doing?" He asks.
"I'm doing great! How about you?"
"Very well! Very well indeed. Alyssa, meet your co-star Timothée Chalamet."
Timothée waves and smirks. "Nice to meet you, Alyssa" The way he said my name made chills go down my back. An awkward silence fills the room. Jeez, I could cut the tension in this room with a knife. Suddenly, the doors fly open. A beautiful young woman and man walk through the doors. John is the first to speak up. "Finally, the main cast is here! We can now do proper introductions. We'll start with you Timothée."
"Hey, I'm Timothée Chalamet, I'm 22 years old, and I play Grant."
"Hi, I'm Aaron Peterson, I'm 23, and I play Eric in the show"
"Waddup, I'm Keara Doyle, I'm 21, and I play Ashley."
"Hey, I'm Alyssa Moris, I'm 22, and I play Skylar"
"Great! Oh, and I'm John, but you guys already know me. Well we don't start shooting until Monday, so you guys have the whole weekend to get to know each other." For about 2 long hours, John explained the plot of the story, how we're going to work, and the relationships between each character. Turns out me and Timothée's character were childhood best friends and potential lovers. Great. "To make your job easier, it'll be preferable that you guys become good friends in real life. So you guys have three days to do so. Good luck! You'll need it." The director says jokingly, and he leaves with a wink. Little did he know, he might be right.
Keara walks over to me and gives me a real introduction. I don't know why, but I instantly like her. "Hey guys, do you want to go to a club tonight" she screams so the boys can hear as well. They both give her a thumbs-up. "What hotel are you staying at?" she asks me. "Hilton, you?" "Same, you should come over to mines, we could hang out and watch Netflix. I mean, unless you actually want to do something productive before we head out tonight" she says. "Pff, I don't even know what being productive is like. I live on food and television." I answer. We laugh and take a cab back to the hotel, doing exactly what we had planned; nothing. And although I didn't mention it to Keara, I couldn't get Timothée out of my head. I hated him, and I didn't even know why.
A/N: Hey guys! Just a side note that I fucking LOVE Timothée and all that I am writing is purely fiction. Don't forget to comment and vote!
