Hermione's POV
I woke up with the sun in my face. I saw that I wasn't in the guest bedroom anymore, I was on the living room couch. I viewed an arm around my waist and the chest that I used as a pillow. I was happy to see that it was Draco. There was a book on his lap that he obviously read with Hermione the night before. I tried getting on my feet and I out of the couch without waking Draco but it was in vain. The second I moved, Draco woke up, he was probably a light sleeper. Draco burst into a sleeping position, he moved his neck, cracking his bones, not from only his neck but the bones from all of his body. The couch was big, extremely fluffy and comfortable but sleeping on it made your bones quite sore. We didn't need to talk to know what we wanted to do. I pointed the book with my chin and he nodded. We sat back on the sofa and we finished the book we started last night. Once we were finished, I went upstairs to take a shower like Draco. We went into separate bathrooms. I washed my hair with a green apple shampoo, I wasn't surprised to see a shampoo like this, after all, green apples are his favorite scent and favorite food. I finished washing myself and I got out of my refreshing shower. I applied light makeup on my face. I put my underwear on, pursues with my black leggings and after there was a big winter sweater in a dark green color. I finish the outfit with a black choker necklace and I tie my hair into two French braids. I go down the stairs to find Draco cooking breakfast. I was not surprised because Draco loved to cook. I sneak into the kitchen and I put my arms around his waist to surprise him.

"Good morning, Drake" I whisper in his ear

"Good morning, Mia" he said not surprised by my presence at all

"How did I not scare you?" I said confused

" I knew you were in the kitchen, the minute you walked in because of the smell of your shampoo." He replied casually

"Ah, that explains it." I said simply

"Yes, it does, my dear." He says smiling

We both burst into uncontrollable laughter. Draco finished breakfast and we ate while talking about my failed attempt to scaring him. We were soon finished eating.

"What do you want to do today." Draco asked

"I don't know. I don't feel like doing anything. I would like to have a breath of fresh air." I said

"I know exactly what to do, we go take a walk near the park with the water stream. We walk until we get to the little cafe on the corner. We stay a little bit before coming back here and do whatever you want to do here." He said

"Sounds perfect" I say

"Mia, I have a question to ask you." Draco asked

"What is it?" I ask gently

"Are you okay about the whole Ron thing. I mean your ex-soon-to-be-husband and best friend tried to curse you and he is now being chased to be put in a cell in Azkaban. It's a lot to put up with in a short span of time." He said softly

"I am fine except a little paranoid that Ton might find me and try to hurt me again but I don't think he would even dare to go close to me. There is one thing that bothers me. When he cursed me, he muttered something else under his breath that I didn't understand like a wordless spell. It added a flash of purple to the red flashes of the torture curse. When he conjured the curse, I knew it wasn't just the curse because my mud blood scar bled and the wound opened which only happens with dark and old magic being thrown at me." I say

"That is effectively strange but with a backstabbing weasel, it is not so much of a surprise. I know a lot of dark magic and all of its use because of my death eater training." He said

"Do you think you could help me find the curse and the cure if I need one. I have been feeling iffy since that night, like I need, I don't know. I try not to worry about it but I know you can help me." I respond
