I tried not to show it, for Hazel's sake. I couldn't sleep. I couldn't eat. I couldn't focus, because I was always thinking of where in Tartarus my stupid life source was. I was angry, and frustrated. But I held it all inside. For Hazel. I didn't blame her...at least I thought I didn't.

A week after Jason passed out was the first time I had gotten sleep for a long time. And I immediately regretted falling asleep. I had a dream.

"Jason is asleep. He can't do anything until I awaken him." Said a familiar voice.

"You put your best friend in a coma? Nico! That's it! I don't want to come back to life. Work on helping Percy fight Gaea. That's what your needed for. The demigod world has gotten on fine without me, but they need you Nico! So stop!" I didn't recognize this voice. But this all sounded suspicious.

"Bianca," said the familiar voice, "the demigod world might've gotten along fine without you, but I haven't. I have cursed myself every day for not going with you on that quest. I blame myself. I don't blame Percy or anyone else. I blame me. I have everything we need. I could do it tonight if I wanted to."

This was all so confusing. I had heard the name Bianca before.

"You will never have my approval. I will fight to stay in Elysium, Nico."

Nico.

Nico was planning something. Nico put Jason to sleep. Nico may even...no. He couldn't have my wood.

"Stop being so SELFISH!" Nico screamed.

And the whole dream faded away as if it never existed.

I woke up the next day. I had to do something. Leo rang the bell for breakfast, and I went into the mess hall. Everyone was there....except Jason. I couldn't look at Nico. I had I talk with him later.

We all began eating, and Leo spoke up. "So what's the plan, Chief?"

Everyone looked at Percy. "Well," he said, "we have to make it to-" He was cut off by the ship stopping with a loud thud.

"Uh, Leo?" I asked, "what was that?"

"I don't know, but I'm gonna go check it out."

Everyone followed Leo to the top deck. The ship had gotten stuck, but no one knew how. They were in midair, surrounded by blue sky and nothing more.

"What the hades?" Percy said.

Then I heard it. The call of a gryphon. And I knew from being a gryphon, it wasn't any call.

It was a war cry.

"Everyone!" I yelled, "get below deck!" I took out my bow and arrow and shot a flaming arrow into the sky to warn the gryphons, but as soon as I shot it and it got higher than the ship, it vanished. Percy saw it too.

"Okay," he said, "this is getting weird." Everyone was below deck except me, Percy, and Nico. Which got me suspicious.

"Nico," I called out, "call them off!"

"What are you talking about?!" Nico called back.

"This is one of your tricks!" I yelled at him.

"Frank," Percy interrupted, "what do you mean? Nico isn't the reason."

"And how would you know that?!" I said, getting angry and defensive. "He keeps so many secrets how are we supposed to know he didn't summon these and make this strange magical barrier?! He is obviously more powerful than we think if he can cast a spell to put someone to sleep!" I was screaming at the end of the sentence.

"Frank!" Percy yelled, "Nico was there! But he didn't do it! I thought we already understood that!"

Nico was just standing near us, not saying a word.

I glared at him. "Right. Nico, you didn't have any part in Jason's sudden coma, did you."

There was silence for a few moments, then he sputtered out, "I-I already told you guys. I didn't do it. I was just there."

"Well what a coincidence! You were there when Leo was angry and beating you up. You were there when Jason passed out. Oh! And you were there when your sister was visiting!"

"Wait...what? You mean Hazel." Percy said.

"Percy, you're smarter than that." I replied.

Percy turned and looked at Nico. "Bianca." Was all he said.

Nico looked at me. "I-I don't know what you're talking about. Bianca died years ago."

"You know exactly what I'm talking about. Her ghost. You said you could bring her back to life! I have no idea how, but gods you have a plan."

Percy's face got red. "What is he talking about, Nic-" he was cut off by Nico punching me in the face.

"How the hell did you find out!" In moments, Percy was on top of him and dragged him away.

All of the sudden, a gryphon swooped in and grabbed Percy. Nico stared up in disbelief. Then, within a second, he punched me again and again till I passed out.

I awoke to complete and utter silence. I was in my bunk. I stood up, and immediately regretted it. The whole room twisted and turned around me. My head throbbed. But I made my way to the main deck. There stood Percy, and Jason. They both stared at Nico, looking extremely angry.
