Once Kelly got to the hospital, within an hour. She was officially pronounced dead. Due to the grief, Kenny got another immortal to kill him.

Due to Kenny, a good friend of Stan and Kyle. Stan grew into bad depression. Kyle somehow managed to get over it. Stan was unable to forget his friends death, along with his family. He committed suicide. Stan's family died in a car crash and drove on a cliff due to a drunk driver. Kyle wanted to go out the same way Stan did. Taking as many pills as he could. He wanted to overdose.

Thanks to Cartman, four very good people died. Cartman was going to executed due to his crimes of killing 4 people. Along with all the other people he killed, and all the crimes he committed. Once Cartman was executed, the four brave kids funerals where all on the same day. They were all buried next to each-other. The way they had planned years ago.
