Chapter 18 : Adelle's First Friend and Misunderstood

Few years later...

Adelle is now five years old, she's really a sweet and kind little girl with good behaviour, sure as normal child she would throw fit and tantrums, but she always calmed down really fast and would apologize to both of you and Eren, much to his pleasure.

And today is her another day in the kindergarten, she's been there for a couple weeks, yet she's still a shy little girl and seems having difficulty in making friends, she always sit on the swing while watching the other kids playing and running around, you and Eren would encourage her to not be afraid of making friends every single day

"I will try mommy..." she said while twiddling her tiny and chubby fingers, you and Eren smiled at her and kissed her cheek "Good girl, well have fun making friends and learn something new! We'll pick you up later!" Adelle nodded and smiled and went to her class "Bye bye, mommy, bye bye daddy!" She waved at you and Eren as you both waved back "Well, let's buy something for lunch then?" Eren looked at you as you nodded "Yeah, let's do that" and with that you walk to the supermarket hand in hand with him.

At the Supermarket...

"Oh, oh! (Y/N)! Can we buy this pasta?? Adelle have been craving for this!" Eren said as he pointed at the item, you look up from the spice you're going to buy and playfully smirked at him "either if Adelle really want it or is it you that have been dying to eat it" you giggled when you see his pouty face "Alright, alright. You got me, but hey, Adelle really want some too!" You giggled again "Alright then Mr.Whiney Mouth put it on the cart" Eren fist bumped and put the pasta in the shopping cart and continue to browse through the aisle and buy some cooking ingredients for lunch

"Hey (Y/N), mind if I go to snacks aisle?" Eren said looking at the snacks aisle, you smiled and nodded "Sure! Just don't forget to bought us a potato chips" Eren smiled and give you a thumbs up "you got it, boss!" You giggled and continue to look for something to cook, while Eren make his way to snack aisle, he looked at you and sighed dreamily "What a lovely girl" he skipped to the aisle with idiotic grin on his face.

With Adelle...

Yet again your little girl just watching her friends playing and running around, she just drawing the three of you until a kid came and look at her drawing "Your drawing ish beautiful!!" Adelle looked up at the kid who is looking at her drawing in awe

"T-thank you..." Adelle smiled and blushed a little as the little boy take a seat next to her "who dis people ish??" He pointed at her drawing, she happily pointed at the drawing "This is me, mommy and daddy!" The little boy just look at it with gleaming eyes "Wow! Teach me how to draw like that!" Adelle nodded and take a paper and crayons for him "Oh, my name ish Julian! Nice to meet you!" Adelle smiled and shyly shakes his hand "My name is Adelle, nice to meet you too!" Julian smiled and starts to draw along with her, for a minute, Adelle paused and looked at him and tugged Julian's shirt gently "Julian?" Julian looked up at her and tilted his head "yas?" Adelle blushed a little "will you be my friend?" Julian nodded vigorously and smiled "Of course!! Julian and Adelle is friend now!" He grinned and take her hand on his, Adelle smiled "Yay! Thank you Julian!"

The two kids laughed while drawing together, well at least your little girl finally made a friend

Back to you and Eren

Eren looked at the snacks and sweets he will bought for you and Adelle, he was genuinely happy thinking about relaxing time with you and Adelle, he definitely lost in Nirvana and Valhalla thinking about all the good times he'll spend with his favorite girls until he bumped into someone "Watch where you..." the girl trailed off when she saw Eren, as Eren is about to apologize, he start to look like he's seen ghost and backed away, unfortunately the (hoe) girl pulled him to a hug "Eren!~ I didn't know it was you!" Eren is about to scream in horror but he know he can't and start to squirm "Get away from me!!" "Aww, you're shy as ever!" Now Eren wish he didn't buy some snack without you, if he just dragged you to snack aisle and this happens, he would just hug you and cling to you for the next 7 hours.

"Get the hell away from me, Grace (I'm so sorry if this is your name!!). My girlfriend is waiting!!!" Eren tried to push his obnoxious and slutty neighbor away from him while she just nuzzled against his broad chest "Ditch that girl and go with me instead!" "She's nothing compared to a bitch like you!" While Eren hoped you didn't see it, too bad you did, and worse case scenario? You looked at the wrong angle and made it look like he hugged her back, you gripped on the shopping cart holder and gritted your teeth and mutter

"Am I not good enough for you, Jaeger?"
