5 years later...

"Mom, Caspar is crying, what should I do??"

It's been five years since you're married to Eren, life seems getting better and better, now that you gave birth to your second son, you gave a birth to your son about a week ago, Caspar does have Eren's eyes and face as well as your (H/C) hair, Adelle was overjoyed to know that she's a sister, as a responsible ten years old she is, she really loves her brother so much.

"Oh well, you just sit or play something, let me handle this, so don't worry!"

Adelle just smiled and nodded and went to read her favorite book, while you check Caspar in the nursery, surely he might be hungry as you decided to breastfeed your newborn baby, while thinking about how funny things went, it feels like you meet Eren and give birth to Adelle or when you're in despair and hopelessness, everyday you're always grateful that you have a kind-hearted and supportive husband as well as beautiful children in your life.

Once your son is full, Caspar yawned and instantly fell asleep, you smiled at his sleeping face and pull your shirt down and tuck him in, as you go out from the nursery, you noticed that Adelle fell asleep on the couch as well, you giggled and kissed her cheek and put the blanket on her, as you were caressing her long and soft (H/C) hair, a big and strong hands covered your eyes along with a familiar giggle; "guess who!"

You giggled as well and pretend to think who is it "Is this my lovely Eren who is the best husband in the whole world?" Eren chuckled and uncover his hands "That's me!" He then give a peck on your lip as you giggled at the contact, you stand up and take his messenger bag and untied his tie a bit "How's work went, hubby?" "good as always, but I always miss my wife and kids" you giggled and playfully punched his chest as he laughed and look at his sleeping daughter "The kids are sleeping?" You nodded "Yeah, your little girl here is a responsible sister for taking care of her brother while I'm busy with house chores" Eren smiled and went to Adelle then ruffled her hair "That's good, she's a great girl" you smiled at this after you hang his coat.

"Well hurry up and get some shower, since I'm done with chores, I would like a little coffee and tea for you and me time"

"Aye aye captain" Eren giggled and went to bathroom as you went to kitchen to prepare a cup of coffee and tea for your siesta with Eren.

Later on with Husband and wife siesta time...

"It's funny how things changed drastically since I met you..."

"Huh?" Eren looked up from his coffee "Well, this is new. I seldom hearing you something like that out of the blue, not that I'm scared or anything..." you giggled at him as you sip the chamomile tea "Oh come on, you know it's a good thing you came! You don't know how grateful I am that we're together y'know... I thought I never live in a happy life like today" you smiled and looked outside the reddish orange sky and staring at it while you unconsciously reminiscing the day before you're married, you were dragged out off your thoughts when Eren held your hand and staring deeply into your (E/C) eyes, you stated back at him and smiled "I'll never ever forget the day we met, Eren. The day we met and the day we're Wed is the best thing that ever happened in my life" Eren chuckled at that as he gently kissed your hand, making you blush. You know that even things like this still make you blush even though you both already married.

"Well, that's so cheesy, but I don't mind if my lovely wife is the one who said that stuff to me, also, you know that you're the best thing that ever happened to me (Y/N)" you laughed wholeheartedly "You're being cheesy too, y'know" you both laughed at that, once you stop, you sighing in content "Also, Eren, hubby. Don't you think Julian and Adelle make a great couple?" You joked a bit and giggled when you see Eren spit his coffee in surprise when you said that "Adelle and Julian is 10, for God's sake! Let's not talk about this thing!" You giggled and wiped his mouth with napkin "I was just kidding, well... maybe not really, Julian is a nice and caring boy for Adelle, don't you agree?"

Well, Adelle introduced Julian to both of you when she's 5, you and Eren are happy that she finally made a friend, even though it's a boy, and of course you would see something cute will happen when they both grow up, while Eren being a protective dad, is concerned about it.

"Well, maybe you're right, but let's talk about something else, I'm still not ready yet to trust our princess to that boy and stuff" you laughed again, you thought Eren as protective dad is just cute.

"Alright, Alright. I understand, children's future partner can wait, for now, let's enjoy our time together since you've been a little busy" Eren smiled at that as he lean forward to kiss you, as you kissed back and enjoy the loving and gentle kiss, you could hear Adelle is calling out from the living room "Mooommm, I'm hungry!"

You parted the kiss and laughed together with your husband as he pick the empty cups "I'll wash the dishes and set the table for dinner, then I'll help you with the cooking" you smiled and nodded and headed towards the living room.

"Wait, (Y/N), wifey!"

"Yeah, hubby?"

Eren walk towards you and kiss you again.

"I love you, beautiful"

You giggled once you both parted the kiss.

"I love you too, handsome"
