Ch.3★ Confused

"Are you being serious right now? Over something so stupid?"

Jungkook looked away not breaking his silence

"Huh..wow. Alright. Fine." Y/N looked over at Taehyung who didn't let go of her arm

"Y/N please" Taehyung whimpered

"Wait Y/N" Namjoon stood up
"Let's talk this o-"

"Hyung let her leave. She said she wanted to go either way." Jungkook gave Namjoon a glance as he got up

"You don't have to act like such a brat, Jungkook"

Daeseong sounded annoyed. "Why are you being so rude? You both are friends right? Talk it out"

Yoongi pulled Daeseong back down. "Let them settle this"

"Both of you sort this out"
Namjoon started picking up his plate

"There's nothing to sort out hyung" Jungkook walked out of the kitchen

"That not how a man should act! Now talk it out!" Jin followed Jungkook along with Namjoon

There was a small sigh

"Do you know why he's acting like this?" Gaeul asked

Hobi and Yoongi both shook their heads

"We're just as confused as you guys" Hobi looked over at Y/N "I'm sorry, he doesn't mean it. Please bare with him."

"Yeah.." Y/N pulled away from Taehyung. "I'll get going.."

"Here we'll walk you. Gaeul are you read-"

"No it's fine. You two stay with the boys..I kinda wanna be alone"

"Are you sure? Its dark, it could be dangerous"

Daeseong was the type to always make sure her friends were well taken care of. Kind of like a mother. Always worrying making sure everyone was okay.

"Text us if you need anything okay? Dae, Y/N needs time to herself."

Gaeul was the type to try and understand the situation. She never opposed on what others wanted as long as they were okay.

"Taehyung, walk Y/N out" Yoongi implied

"Y/N. Don't hesitate to call us okay? Please stay safe. Ill be going to check in on them." Hobi left leaving just us 6.

We all started saying our goodbyes.

"I'll go make sure they aren't eating him alive, I'll be right back, Y/N stay safe" Jimin kissed Gaeul's cheek before he left

Tae took Y/N's hand and lead her out of the building.

The air was still & quiet.

Y/N couldn't help but stare at the star filled sky.

"The night sky..so beautiful"

Tae nodded. "You know what would be even better?"

"And what would that be?"

"For you to smile" Tae took Y/N into his arms holding her tightly.

"Y/N..I know now isn't the right time. And I know I should've said this sooner. But, with everything thats going on. You might leave before we see each other again.."

Adjusting herself in Tae's arms, Y/N relaxed feeling her cheeks warm up a little

"Ah yeah, you guys will be doing promotional work starting tomorrow..do you think thats why Jungko-"

"Let's not talk about about him right now"

The night was silenced. He held her as tight as he could, but he still held her with care and delicacy as if she could disappear at any moment.

"Tae..you're holding on too tight, I need to breathe"

He didn't respond

"Taehyung!" She struggled to set herself free

Taehyung finally had let go of her, he looked at her with a soft look. His eyes were glossy and shined beautifully under the moon light.
He couldn't hold back any more. He had to be selfish. Just once.

"For being someone so skinny, you have hella strength! Here I thought I was going to be suf-"

"I love you"

"..what?"
