Leafpool walked into the clearing with three kits in her jaws. Lionblaze dragged his dead sister into the clearing and dropped her aswell.

Half of the clan gasped. Bramblestar's tail curled around Squrrielflight,who began to cry.

Lionblaze looked down at her sister's corspe in grief. "Oh,Hollyleaf..why'd you have to die..." He said faintly,putting a paw on top of her shoulder. Lionblaze didn't cry,he just looked.

Lionblaze looked over at his mother. "Are you going to tell the clan???" He asked. Leafpool shook her head. "Jayfeather,Sparkpelt,Adderheart,Squrrielflight,and Bramblestar only need to know about this." She said.

Lionblaze nodded,flicking his bushy tail. Leafpool turned around and walked to her kin.

Leafpool sat next to Squrrielflight,whom was looking down at her paws. "Dear sister..." Leafpool began. She set down the kits at her paws. Leafpool curled her tail around her. Squrrielflight leaned mext to Leafpool's shoulder. Leafpool shushed her. "I need you to listen." Leafpool said.

Squrrflight gave a quick glance to the kits before to her. "Y-yes..?" Leafpool licked her daughter's kits. "These are Hollyleaf's kits." She said as she craned her head fowards.

"Foster them." Leafpool offered. "They are Hollyleaf's,after all." Squrrielflight stared down at Bunnykit,Scorchedkit,And Lionkit.
"What are their names...?" She asked.
Leafpool looked up at her. "Name them." She offered,not knowing the names aswell.

Squrrielflight's tail flicked. She circled her paws around them. "The black one is Lionkit." She annouced. She looked at Bunnykit. "This one is Softkit."

And then she looked at the final one. "This one is Patchkit." She nuzzled them. "They're bueatiful..." She said faintly,focusing on Lionkit the most.

"Yes,they are..."

"Just like Hollyleaf."
