"Remember the plan. Do not stray from it unless you are ordered to," General Lorus said to the large crew standing before her. "We need to act fast and efficiently if we're gonna get to your friends before Grievous does."

Alda contained her fear for her friend, Flint tried to put on a brave face, and Synyc stood tall- ready to save his master.

Jolie and Evander were still strapped in, quickly losing hope of rescue.

"Why would the Republic waste time rescuing us?" Jolie asked bluntly.

Evander shot her a dirty look and she persisted. "Sorry, but it's true! They hate me, for obvious reasons, and you're not carrying important information."

He rolled his eyes and glared. "I never said the Republic would come. My friends will."

Jolie couldn't argue with that. They would come for Evander, but they didn't owe her anything.

She tried so hard to contain the fear of being left behind. She'd felt relatively helpless and weak her whole life. Brute strength and unmatched power meant nothing if it crippled you and you were terrified of it. But still, somewhere in the back of her head, she wanted to try. "Can we just escape ourselves?"

Evander thought for a moment. "We don't know the layout of this place, have any weapons, or a plan."

"We have the Force to guide us, you have me as a weapon, and since when have you favored plans?"

He couldn't hide a smirk, but then his face fell. "You're not going to use your powers. That's practically suicide."

Jolie sharpened her gaze and insisted,"I know my limits. We have to try."

Evander sighed,"Okay, fine. Any ideas?"

"I'll use the Force to dismantle the next droid that comes in here, try and get you out, then we take their blasters and try to get out."

"You make that sound easy," he said with a chuckle. "Do you think you can do that?"

"If my life depends on it," she replied with a straight face. Then she quickly added,"Which it does, for the record. And yours too."

He smirked,"Alright then. Let's just hope we escape as everybody's getting here. I'd rather not steal a ship."

"Is the pale fella gonna be okay?" The Pantoran girl asked her Master quietly.

Cira chuckled and looked over at the girl.
"Yah know, Yula, everyone used to ask me that over and over again about you."

Yula crossed her arms and looked down, hiding a smile. "I suppose I didn't die so..."

Cira smiled and patted her shoulder as she began to walk away,"He'll be fine. Remind me to tell you the stories of that crew. Pretty remarkable."

Yula looked at her questioningly. They didn't seem like the types to ever go out into the battlefield or anything. But who knows- she didn't used to either.

With that, they all initiated their plan. The Stealth Squad and the Exploration Corp had successfully gotten into the facility. Flint and Wing had strayed from the group not far from their cell at a computer station in the hall. They would help create a diversion somewhere else on the base using Wing's unique tech.

Flint had never seen anything more advanced in his life. They could hack into the mainframe of the controls and control most the ship's operations. It must be hard to manufacture equipment like that if only the Stealth Squads got stuff like this.
