- Lee Minseo's POV -

"Hey mum, hey dad." I smiled as I closed the door behind me, slipping my shoes off and walking into the living room.
"Minseo, can you talk with us for a minute?" My mum asked. For a second I stood, confused at their abnormal behaviour, but agreed. Sitting down next to them on the sofa, I glanced between the pair, waiting to see who would speak up first.

"We think you should move back into your old apartment." My dad bluntly spoke up, breaking the ice. "It's been a while since everything, and we both think that you're getting back into your normal life now."
"If it's okay with you of course." My mum added. "But we think that moving  back into your old home will help you get back to living like a normal adult again."

"Oh, yeah.. I'll move back into my home." I replied, then released a deep sigh and laughed slightly. "Gosh, I thought it was gonna be something serious like a divorce! If you wanted me to move out you should've said sooner!" My parents stances became much more relaxed once I'd spoken.
"We just didn't want to upset you, is all." My mum smiled. "Don't feel rushed to leave either, take as much time as you need."

"Thank you for letting me stay this long." I replied, standing up. "I'll go look at the place tomorrow, maybe take Sehun to help carry some stuff.."
"Not Jungkook?" My mum looked up at me.
"He's working." I replied. "The case may be over, but he's got a few more things to sort out before it officially closes."

"I see," my father mumbled. "Well, it's late, so me and your mother will be going to bed now."
"Sleep well." I smiled, waiting for them to leave before setting up the pull out bed on the sofa.

I decided to text Sehun to see if he was busy tomorrow.

—————
[Me]: Hey, you busy tomorrow?
[Sehun]: No, why?
[Me]: I'm moving back into my old place, can you help me move some stuff?
[Sehun]: Sure. What time?
[Me]: like 11? I'm not moving in completely, just some things.
[Sehun]: Kayyy, see you then.

Putting my phone down, I got ready for bed, but as I was brushing my teeth a thought came back to my mind. How the fuck am I gonna do this? Get Yoongi out of prison, basically deceive him and hand him over to the bad guys, when all he was trying to do in the first place is save me? I can't even tell Jungkook... well, I imagine Jungkook is all up for getting rid of Yoongi..

I grabbed my phone, calling Jimin out of instinct.

"Hello?" He answered.
"Jimin, are you okay to talk right now?"
"Yeah, why?" He asked.
"I- I don't think I can do this." I stuttered, then I heard the sound of a door closing on the other end of the phone.
"Why? What's wrong?" He asked. "Do you need help?"
"I just- it's a bit much.." I mumbled. "Yoongi said he was trying to save me from the bad guys, and now I'm betraying him?"

"You believe that he was trying to save you?" He asked. "Minseo, the big guy wanted nothing to do with you. Yoongi used this organisation as an excuse to take you away and satisfy his own needs."
"R-really?" I asked, and Jimin hummed. "So, what do we do?"

"Well, if I'm being honest," he began. "I was thinking about it too. We need to get Yoongi out of his prison sentence, right?"
"Yeah?"
"So we need to think of a story. Alibis. Make him look innocent." He told me. "And I have a few ideas."
"Go on." I urged.

"The first thing you've gotta do is forgive him for what he did when testifying in court." He told me. "I will too, and we have to try and convince Sehun to as well."
"So forgiveness will lessen his sentence?" I asked.
"Yes, but not by much." Jimin replied.
"What about all those messages he sent me?" I asked. "Before I was- taken, I gave my phone in to the police, so they saw all the messages."
"Hmm..." Jimin mumbled. "Uhh, I'll sort that out. Leave that part to me."
