- Lee Minseo's POV -

"Last night around the time of half past nine in the evening, a psychiatrist by the name of Choi Jinho was found dead in his home after neighbours heard a gunshot from his home. Police arrived almost immediately and discovered the man in his bathroom holding a small pistol containing explosive bullets. The death is believed to be self-inflicted, however police are still investigating other possibilities for-"

I turned off the TV, plonking myself down on my parents sofa. It was a Thursday and both of my parents were working, leaving me in the house by myself. That psychiatrist really died? What's going on? Ever since I went to visit 'the big man' strange things have been happening. Is it because of the trial?

I think I need to go and do something to take my mind off everything.

My first thought was to text Sehun to see if he'll get some bubble tea with me, but then I remembered that he too has work. The only reason I don't is because of the incident, but I'll have to go back to work very soon, probably on Monday. I also thought about texting Jimin, but he also works. It's just me that doesn't. Damn, I need some girl friends. Most of my contacts are guys.

In a few days a funeral will be held at the cemetery, for Jongin, Yugyeom and Lalisa. They decided to do all three together in hopes to bury the past, and pray that something like this doesn't happen again.

I sighed deeply. I haven't been to the gym in a while, maybe I should go to let off some steam.

I remember last time I said that I got a text message through. It was Yoongi saying he thought I was hot or something? This is all so confusing. Was he really lying to me back in the mansion? It all felt so real, so true. But then Jimin said that he was just lying to get me to live there forever? Is my fondness for Yoongi just Stockholm's syndrome?

Who's lying to me?

A few days had passed, and it was now Sunday. Everyone from the town had gathered at the funeral, since everyone in the town knew at least one of the three who were murdered. The ceremony was beautiful, everyone was respectful and hopefully these three innocents can find peace wherever they're going next.

"I'm gonna go get us some water." Jungkook whispered to me. "Wait here, I'll be back in a minute." I nodded to him, and he left to find some water. I stood alone for a while, staring down at Lisa's grave that was littered with flowers.

"I didn't think this would be the next time I saw her." An unfamiliar voice spoke up. I turned to my right to see a girl stood next to me. "I haven't seen her in years, the least I thought would be passing her in the street."
"It's crazy how the world works." I sighed, looking back at the graves.

"I'm Jennie, by the way." She smiled at me. "Sorry for coming up to you out of the blue, I recognised you from the news. Minseo, right?"
"Yeah," I sighed. "Nice to meet you Jennie."

"How did you know Lisa?" She asked me.
"I worked with her." I replied. "We worked as lifeguards. What about you?"
"I used to be in her friend group." She stayed looking down at the grave. "There were four of us, and we called ourselves Blackpink."
"Why past tense.. if there's still three of you?" I mumbled.

"Technically, I left, a few years ago." She told me. "Things didn't quite work out between us, so I decided to leave. One of our members then decided to leave for inner Seoul to pursue her job, and the other two were left here. Now Lisa's gone, it's just Chaeyoung."

"By any chance, is the other girl Jisoo?" I asked, and Jennie raised her eyebrows.
"You know her?" She asked.
"She worked on the case with my boyfriend," I explained. "I met her a few times. She left when the case was over, but I think she's come back for the funeral and the trial, then she's leaving again."
