Things change

"So what is it?" Shadow asked.
Scourge sighs. "What Sonic said to me were awful. Maybe not for everyone but for me." Shadow just groaned. "Just tell me already!" He says. "Fine alright!"

~~~~Scourge's POV and flashback~~~~~~~~~
"Scourge?" Sonic asks me. "Yes dear?" I respond with a smirk. "I...I have something to say." I nod. "Alright then?" I sit down back at my seat. "Scourge...I'm breaking up with you..." I whas shocked of those words! "W-What? Why?" I say not trying to scare him, cause he seems already scared. "I-I'm sorry S-Scourge i just C-Cant tell..." Thats when i raged. "Who is it!?" "W-W-What??" "Who is the one who told you to do this!?" I say almost tearing up. And also hoping that i whas right. "N-Nobody! I decided b-by myself!" I growl. "Fine then! You can go by yourself and live your shitty life without me in it! Cause you wouldnt want a green bastard in your room, right??!!" I yelled and stomped out of the room not looking back. But regretted it. And alot of students came after me to ask stuff like "what happened?" Or something like that.

"Dayum." Whas all Shadow could say. "Yeah i know." Scourge responded. "Well uhh..Lunch is over!" Shadow says. "Yeah it is so i guess i'm going home now. See you next week Stripes." "Yeah yeah." Shadow says and both of them started laughing.

Shadow went home. Nobody whas home as usual. So he decided to go to the forest once again, hoping Sonic would be there. But it seems like Sonic only comes when nobody expected him to come.

~~~~~~~~Sonic's POV and with Sonic~~~~~~~
I dont feel like going home to my stepdad. I just dont like what he did to me. Almost raping me! And i'm not sure if i should tell my friends or the adults about it. My mind stopped when i saw shadow walking into the forest where i usually go.

Before i got to say 'hi', he left. I dont think he noticed me. Is that a good thing?

I shook my head. I cant stay outside forever. So i ran home. Hoping my stepdad isnt home or drunk...

I opened the door slowly seeing that the house is surprisingly dark. The curtains are closed. The lights are off. And everything is quiet.

"Zepher?" I ask not too loud. Then i heard a growl coming from the dark...The creature tackled me down to the ground and i hitted my head hard.

"Ow!" I yell. The creature looked like Shadow. Exept the stripes are blueish, the eyes are green and he doesnt have a mouth...(??)

"G-Get off me!!" I yell scared. The creature looked at me with his green eyes. He lets go of me.

"Sorry kid." He says. Also holy chaos! His voice made me shiver. It sounded so cold and dark...

"W-Who are you?" I ask. He responded with "Mephiles. Mephiles the dark.". Weird. "And you must be?" I stood up dusting myself. "O-Oh i-im Sonic! Sonic the hedgehog!" I say smiling.

"Say Mr Dark. What are you doing here?". I really regret saying that. Cause he explained alot.

"Well, I have been searching in almost every house for a mobian. And if you are curious about who and if you think you could help then. I maybe tell you. I saw your stepfather in the bar just so you know. If you wonder how i know that he whas your stepfather, well he whas drunk so he told me 'my stupid fucking son hates me but his ass is mine' he says between hickupping. He even said your name. So thats why. And also this place is dark because i can see better in the dark just incase if somebody is hiding inside a wall or sonething like that."

I sigh in relief that he finally finished. "So who is the mobian you are looking for?" "None of your conserne kid." I started to feel my temper heating up a little. "I am 14!!" He looked at me and chuckled. "Im over 1000 years old."

I stood there with a blank face. Wait what!? Is this dude over 1000 years old!?

"Haha just kidding. I am 30." I sigh. What a guy!

"Welp i am gonna go now." Then he left.
Weeird....

Thats when i heard the door knock.

*Knock Knock Knock*

I looked at the time. Who is knocking at my door 4pm on a friday? Guess i'll have to see. I went to the door and opened it. I looked around and saw nobody. Exept one single flower infront of my door.

Somebody is sending me flowers...

But i don't mean they have to stop! I just think its weird. I dont know who the person is and how does the person know me?

I grabbed the flower and smiled. I closed the door and walked up to my room to set the rose in my vase with the other flower, Apple blossom. Its funny, cause the apple blossom havent died yet and it has been over 2 weeks!

I got startled by knocks that were loud and slowly. "OPEN THE DOOR!?¿" i heard a mans voice yell. Dude, its Zepher. I sigh if his stupidness when he's drunk. Its his house and he has the keys. So, thats why i climbed out of my window and ran out. But i took my umbrella with me because it whas raining.

I dont wanna deal with that old man when he is drunk. Once he called me an intruder when i came home from school. Once he tried eating me. Once he even said i whas a girl!

What a bastard. He's even worse than Shadow. About Shadow, i am not going to him. I think its time to change. I wanna change. I have allways been the 'adorable' and 'naive' Sonic people think i am!

Thats why i have decided to change some stuff. But not too much. I walked down town to buy some chillydogs in a store. Since Chillydogs standings were closed since it rained so much.

But something caught my eye...no, i mean, someone..

I looked out trough the window and tried counting how many water drops drops down on the window. Cause i'm bored. I didnt see Sonic today. And tomorow is saturday.

Then, i saw someone walk on the street infront of our house and started walking past it. No, its not Sonic. Its someone purple....

Then somebody slammed the door open and panted. Her hair were wet and soaked all over the floor. And i am pretty sure i know this person. I walked up to her. "Need help?" She just looked at me.

"Sure" she says. "Also, i am not washing the wet stuff that soaked on the floor from you hair." She just nervously laughed.

Oh come on! Shadow, get a fucking life god damnit! And Sonic. Stop changing and stay the same. Or else~
