I looked away the story bland in my head and simply full of excuses "Do you know how hard it was growing up with out a mom" I raved
"You didn't" Clarissa stated fiercely "You had Isabelle, and now you have Maria" her eyes were angry suddenly, though the anger wasn't directed at me. "And you had Jace, Family isn't blood Clarie"
"I prefer Cora" I utter coldly looking away "And I'd really prefer to be alone" I lisp. I had to be strong outside, because in the inside my world was shattering
"That's great and all" Clary says with unexpected sass "But I'm afraid that's not going to happen. You see, you've got Morgenstern blood in you. Demon blood, Angel blood, the blood of warriors, and it's going to kill you"
Whoa, wait a minute, I was not expecting that. I glance at this strange woman in front of me that has just given me an execution. "What do you mean" I demanded my pulse racing
