Learn to Love (Zianourry/ Niall centric)

Chapter 26

                                                                                        Zayn's P.O.V.

"What are we gonna do?" We all look around at each other, none of us able to answer the question I just asked. Our poor, innocent Nialler was just assaulted and we can't do a fucking thing to help. Ugh! No, I need to stay calm. I have to be calm for Niall so he knows we're here for him and he'll be okay.

"I'm gonna kill him" Harry mumbles. 

"Ditto" Lou agreed. Honestly, I can't say I didn't feel the same way as both of them. I wanted the sick fuck dead. I look over at Li, wondering if he's having the same horrendous thoughts as us 3 and all I am met with is his watery eyes. I coo at him and make it just in time to hold him. His head falls into the crook of my neck as the sobs he tried to stifle escape his lips. 

"Shh. Shh, babe, you're okay. It'll be okay" I comfort him. 

"Li?" We all look up to the soft voice and see the usually pale, red-skinned boy standing in the doorway to the lounging room where we were all currently presiding. 

                                                                                  Liam's P.O.V.

"Come 'ere, babe" I sat up a little straighter for Niall to climb into my arms, remembering to be strong for him. He walked over to me but I was overwhelmed by what happened next. He pulled me into his arms. 

"Shhh LiLi, its alright. I'm okay, I am." I sniffled and hushed my crying. Our strong boy, he's so perfect. How could anyone ever do something so vile to our precious baby? He's everything to us. We all love him so much. From this moment, I vow to never let him get hurt again. 

                                                                               Louis' P.O.V.

I have no words. I'm completely, utterly baffled. Niall is just a little ray of sunshine. He's small and adorable and he's the baby; yet here he is, calmer and stronger than all of us. He's comforting Liam after what he just went through and... wow, I'm truly astonished. 

"Niall, honey, are you sure you're okay?" He looks up at all of us and smiles.

"I'm okay, Haz, really" he answers Harry's question for all of us to here. He sounds sincere, I believe him. "Can we shift the topic now?" We all nod at Ni's request. 

"How about we just stay in and watch movies for tonight?" -Harry

"I'll make the snacks!" -Zayn

"What movie, sweetie?" I ask Ni. 

"Hmm..." He pets Li's hair and looks back up at me, his eyes fond. "How about Toy Story, we can watch it my room. I bought all of your favorite movies. They're up in my room." He blushed at the last part and I smiled. 

"Of course, babe. I'll go set it up." I stand and he gestured for me to come to him with his finger. I get to him and he tells me to come even closer. Assuming he wants to whisper something to me,  I lower my ear to in front of his mouth. I'm surprised when I feel his lips on my cheek, giving me a quick kiss. 

"Thanks for making sure I was okay. I really love all of you a lot." He smiles at me, still with a slight blush.

"We love you very much too" I say and give him a quick peck to the top of the head before going to set the movie up. 

                                                                               Niall's P.O.V.

I keep petting Li's hair and he snuggles further into me, I leaned down to give him a peck on the cheek and suddenly I'm met with soft full lips. 

"You really love us, huh? And you're quite the kisser now darling" he winked up at me. My face could not get any redder at this point. 

"I thought you were asleep!" I grab a pillow and hit him with it, causing him to roll off the couch. 

"Oh now you're in for it." I cackle as his hair's all crazy from falling over. He grabs another pillow and my eyes goes wide as I look between him and the hallway. I grab two pillows off the couch and Li stands on one side of the couch with me behind it. He gets me with his pillow once before I chuck one of my pillows at him and make a run for it. Harry walks into the lounging room, blocking my escape into the hall so I sprint up the stairs. 

"Oi! What's going on?" Lou questions as I nearly run him over. I ignore him and grab his arm, dragging him along behind me.
