"So what are we gonna do?" Simon asked Professor Birch.

"I'm not sure, but I'll get to work immediately on that mobile PokéTranslator for right now," Birch said.

"Thanks," Simon said as he walked out the door. "Um, I guess we could just chill at my place?"

"Bui bui." ("Okay.") Caleb said with a nod.

Simon and Nate both walk outside, Wolfie and Caleb following behind. Nate looked at Caleb with a sigh. "Caleb, I'm sorry for attacking you and catching you. I didn't know..."

"Bui buizel." ("It's okay.") Caleb said.

"I'll take that as you accepting my apology. Is that right?" Nate asks. Caleb nods yes.

When they get to the house, Simon opens the door, letting everyone in before closing the door. They then go to Simon's room. "So... now what?"

"Uh, we could play UNO." Nate suggested. Caleb nodded happily.

"Alright then." Simon pulls out UNO and deals the cards to everyone, 7 to Caleb, Nate, and himself. Caleb struggled to hold the cards with his paws. "Bui." ("Ugh.")

"I'm not sure we can do this, actually..." Simon said. Caleb threw the cards down in frustration, as he had really wanted to play. "Hey, Caleb, it's okay. We'll find something that we can still do," Simon said.

Caleb exhaled heavily and stood up. "Bui bui zel buizel..." ("Stupid pool floatie...")

"Caleb, it'll be okay... Why don't we..." Simon thought for a minute. "Why don't we play catch outside?"

Caleb sighed. "Bui bui..." ("I guess...")

"Was that a yes?" Simon asked. Caleb slowly nods yes. "Alright, let's go."

Simon stands up and grabs a ball out of his closet. The ball is small enough to fit in Wolfie's mouth, yet Caleb and Simon still played catch with it. He then exited his room and the house.

Before walking outside. Nate picks Wolfie up carefully before following Simon. Caleb looks around the room, aggravated. "Bui bui?" ("Why me?") He then follows Nate.

Outside, Nate sets Wolfie down. Wolfie eagerly runs next to Caleb, his tail wagging. "Chyena?" ("You ready?")

Without warning, Simon throws the ball towards Caleb. Caleb catches the ball in his paws, surprised he caught it. "Good job, Caleb!" Nate shouted. Caleb cheered, tossing the ball to Nate.

Nate had caught the ball as well. He then tossed it past Caleb. Wolfie chased the ball and caught it in his mouth. He then handed the ball to Caleb. Caleb smiled faintly before throwing the ball to Simon. After maybe an hour of catch, it was getting dark. "Hey guys, it's getting dark, maybe we should head in for the night," Nate suggested.

"Hang on. I just remembered something." Simon said.

"Bui bui?" ("What's that?") Caleb asked.

"Caleb's mom still doesn't know. She's worried sick about you, Caleb." Simon said.

"Zel." ("Oh.") Caleb replied.

"I'm gonna go tell her. Caleb, you should come with me." Simon said. Caleb nodded. "Oh, and Nate, take Wolfie inside my house, go to my room and sit down."

"Okay. Don't be long!" Nate said.

Simon walked to Caleb's house. Caleb followed him. Simon knocked on the door. Caleb's mom opened it. "Hi, Simon... Any idea where Caleb is?"

"Yeah, actually. It's a long story, but this Buizel is Caleb." Simon explained. Caleb ran over and hugged his mom.

"Huh? That can't be right. Caleb is my son. I would know if this was him." Caleb's mom said. Caleb frowned, hugging tighter and starting to cry.

"I'm telling the truth. Caleb turned into a Buizel." Simon said.

"I don't believe it. People don't just suddenly turn into Pokemon." Caleb's mom argued. Caleb was in tears, very upset that his mom didn't believe it was him.

"One second." Simon pulled out his phone and texted Nate. 'Nate, get over here and bring Wolfie'. He then put his phone back in his pocket. "It wasn't necessarily sudden, it's a long story, like I said."

"Sure. Tell me your fictional story." Caleb's mom said. Caleb loosened the hug, collapsing to the ground, crying loudly.

Simon picked Caleb up and slowly rocked him. "It's not fiction, I swear. Caleb, calm down."

"This is ludicrous! You expect me to believe that this random Pokemon is my son?!" Caleb's mom exclaimed, making Caleb cry louder.

"It's not a random Pokemon, I swear, it's Cal-" Simon was interrupted by the door slamming on his face. Caleb continued to cry very loudly, getting louder each second. "Caleb, please calm down. I know that she's making you upset, but you gotta calm down." Despite Simon saying this, Caleb continued to cry loudly. Simon sighs, sitting on the ground.

Nate runs up to Simon, carrying Wolfie. "Am I too late?"

Simon set Caleb down and knocked on the door again. This time, there was no response. "Looks like it." Caleb stood up and started running towards Route 101, tears flowing down his face as he continued to cry.

"Caleb! Wait!" Simon chased after him. Nate shrugs, also chasing after him.
