Sebastian's POV

She looked quite elegant with her purple dress and her curly hair let go reaching her lower back. She sang the song and I had to agree with John, the song created a perfect mood for her to announce. Once she was done, I watched a little girl give her a white rose and she accepted it as she looked at the child lovingly and kissed her forehead.

She started talking, first telling the audience that she loved them and I started tapping my feet impatiently. Why on earth was she stalling? Once the cheer died again, she spoke again only this time she was like a broken record repeating I and I am. I gave out a sigh as I looked down. Please don't tell me she is getting stage fright after all her years in singing.

Suddenly, a male voice called her from the audience and once the spotlight stopped moving around, it stopped at a man who was standing. "John, do you have an idea of what is happening?" I asked as I looked at the man and at Fiona, who stood as if she had seen a ghost from a painful past.

"Well sir, that is Fiona's ex boyfriend, Charles  Winston,  and as far a I know sir, the song 'Forever We Are Love' was written by her for him." I listened carefully and looked at the expression on her face. She looked ready to run away, haunted by a past she wanted to forget.

I heard footsteps behind me and when I looked, I saw Charles walk towards the stage. I couldn't help but feel some kind of anger as he walked down to her, grabbed her hand and knelt on one knee. 'This is supposed to be you asking her, not him. So are you going to sit there and watch him take what legally belongs to you?' My subconscious yelled and it only fueled my anger.

Fiona's POV

He was walking up to me and at that very moment, I felt like running away. Within a minute, he was in the VIP section, ready to walk to the stage and that's when I saw Sebastian. Can my day get any worse?

As I looked at Sebastian, wondering what the hell he was doing here, I felt a hand grab mine and when I looked, Charles was on one knee and he looked at me. I don't know how he got the microphone but I hoped he wasn't going to do anything stupid since from the corner of my eye, I could see Sebastian glaring at him and his hands folded into fists.

"What are you doing Charles?" I whispered away from my mic. H looked up to me with a smile on his face.

"Fiona, " he spoke into his microphone and I knew what was about to come. "I made terrible decisions back then and I never looked at you the way any guy should, an incredible woman not just because of your voice but because of your golden heart. When I heard you sing our song, I knew I had to come and rectify my mistakes. On this very night, Fiona Ivor, will you marry me?"

The audience cheered as the cameramen adjusted the cameras to give the audience a better view on the screen just above us. Tears rolled down my face not because I was overwhelmed by joy but because of my bad luck. Sebastian wanted me to be his wife because of the contract while Charles wanted me to marry him cause of fame. Charles didn't have to tell me since everyone world wide knew he was going through a crisis in his acting career.

"Wait a minute, hold up." There was a voice through the speakers and that voice was tattooed in my mind. Charles stood up and looked at Sebastian who was walking up to me, a sarcastic smile on his face which I didn't know was possible till I saw it.

"Look, I know all of these is sweet and touching but you are a minute too late Charles. You see, I am the one who requested Fiona to sing the song," I knew it! "so I could propose to her." The audience gasped and there was murmuring. Oh great! Drama in my concert......thanks guys!
