FORGIVE ME! So sorry for not posting anything this weekend, I was busy at a retreat and there was no wifi. As well as it was a time to not use the internet, but I managed. Here's something to help you forgive me about the updates and all that. I can promise you... that this is going to be adorable and cute, as you all say that these chapters have been... cute and adorable. That's all, enjoy it.

There was a school dance tonight, and no surprise that Reiner asked you to come with him. You decided to wear your favorite, fancy dress in your favorite color. The soft fabric of the dress against your skin made you feel, special and that you had no fear that he would hate it. Everyone said that the color of blue matched you and you only hoped that Reiner matched with you.

"Oi, (y/n)! Your date's here!" Your dad's voice comes through the house as you checked yourself in the mirror. Hair was the way you wanted it and wore a matching light blue jewels mixed in.

"Coming!" You yelled back at him as you did a quick twirl around. Yeah... Reiner's not gonna hate how you look, you look beautiful the way you were.

As you went down to the front door, you see Reiner's back. Was he waiting to surprise you? "(y/n), wow... I have no words..." Your father says as you see Reiner trying not to turn around. "Anyways, have fun tonight."

"Thanks, Dad..." You say, walking next to Reiner. In his hands was a small box of a blue rose. You smiled, it was your favorite flower. "R-Reiner..."

He finally turns around and it looked like he was going to say something, but he paused and was completely breathless. By the sunset's light, you saw that he was blushing when he saw you. Not to mention that he was matching with you; a black suit and a blue tie. "(y/n)... you're beautiful... actually, you were always beautiful... just, this makes you... well, there's no words to express you right now." He smiled at you. "Oh!" He realizes the rose in his hands, fumbling with the box. "I thought that it would be nice if you wore this..."

Reiner then takes the rose out of the box, a small band was tied around it. "R-Reiner-"

"Here, give me your hand." You do so. The band was gently wrapped around your wrist and the rose fit beautifully. "There... now, you look even more beautiful... beautiful than ever." He smiles at you and you take his hand. "Now... shall we go to the dance?"

The fall dance was just something special... close to a homecoming dance, but not quite. The gym was decorated with autumn colors. Splashes of orange, yellow, and brown were splattered across the walls... people were standing near the snack bar, which was technically the dessert bar. Filled with sodas, brownies, cupcakes, and pie... all spread out. Some people were sitting on the side, while some were too busy dancing around in the center.

Reiner was just holding you. "Man, I usually don't attend dances like these, but I guess it should be worth it."

"Worth it? Why?" You asked as he laughs gently.

"Well... I'm here with you... and that's the only thing that matters to me. And whatever you want to do. Wanna dance or eat something first?"

You shrug, thinking both ideas were the best. "Let's just dance for a bit... then we can grab something... you said you were getting dinner for the both of us, right?"

He nods, "Of course. Come on, let's dance."

Reiner takes your hand and pulls you gently towards the center, but not where everyone would see. You guess that he's actually embarrassed to dance, but it doesn't matter... all that mattered to you was you and Reiner being together.

You danced to the slow song that was playing... and Reiner smiled at you, constantly. "What?" You asked, grinning at him.

"I'm surprised that you haven't judge me about my dancing so far..."

"Your dancing? Please, Reiner, they're fine. Really... I'm terrible as well."

Reiner then laughs, "You're joking. I'm enjoying dancing with you... maybe your skills are rubbing onto me."

"Reiner, I'm serious. I can't dance."

"Either you're lying or we're just dancing terribly... and we don't care about it..." He leans forward and kisses your cheek. "And that doesn't seem too bad... being terrible at something."

"Heh... I would've thought some people would've bothered us by now."

"And why's that? Because I'm a football player and you're a cheerleader? Number one rule as a player, don't interrupt someone's relationship as they're doing something together... unless you want to have the same to happen to you."

"When did they come up with that rule?"

He laughs softly, "When the players started to interrupt another player's date... it got messy... huge fights and debates. Now, every new player learns the rules and makes sure that they don't do anything stupid."

"What's rule number two?"

He shakes his head, "Don't ask about the other rules. Only football players know the rules."

"Yet, you told me-"

"That's a rule that's usually between football players and their girlfriends or boyfriends, if some desire. We can share that between our partners... other rules, purely for the football players. With that, do you cheerleaders have any rules like that?"

"Hm... well... like you said, our rules are purely for the cheerleaders... but I can spare one rule..."

"Please, go on... I'm waiting for your response... every word..." He leans forward, waiting for everything you say.

"As a cheerleader, you should always be cautious about pervert guys coming your way."

"Perverts? Jeez, how many did you get?"

"Heh, well-"

"Wait, you had someone following you?! Who?!" Reiner's voice raised just a bit. "Tell me, (y/n), who was it?"

You smiled as you begin to answer. "You're that pervert, Reiner."

He sighs and gives you a playful, angry look. "I am not a pervert-"

"Technically you are... you told- sorry, encouraged me to be a cheerleader and look, you just act like one..." You hold in your laughter as he shakes his head.

Constantly repeating, "I'm not a pervert." Over and over. He suddenly looks up and looks you in your eyes; his blue eyes sparkled, "But... you still love me... right?"

"Does that mean you admit you're a perv?"

"W-What?! N-no!"

"I'm messing with you, Reiner... jeez, take a joke." He sighs in relief, but you had another trick up your sleeve. "You do look at me funny at some times... I can catch that, Reiner."

His cheeks turned bright red, "P-Promise... I won't..."

"Aw... you admit you're one... but I love you. As long as you don't do it to-"

"Would I ever cheat on you, (y/n)? Otherwise, you can punch me all you want-"

"It doesn't matter, Reiner... come on, let's just dance and eat dinner once we're done here..."

Reiner then smiles at you, forgetting the jokes you had earlier, "Of course... I do know a great place to eat-"

"Burgers?!"

"Yes. Burgers."

"Remember when you were afraid of eating a burger?-"

"(y/n), let's never speak of that, ever again."

"Heh... agreed." You danced and danced until you were exhausted. Only an hour in, and you left with Reiner to get some dinner. As a gentleman, he paid for everything... dropped you back at home, with a small fee as a kiss on the lips. So far, it was your best night with Reiner...
