Harry woke up to an empty bed. And of course he had no right to complain, seeing as him and Louis never sleep together and he shouldn't expect more just because he was going through something.
Harry pinched his skin roughly mad at himself for letting himself believe that louis would change back to the loving boyfriend he was, or at the very least- and most realistic -option, stay up so harry could wake up comfortable with a warm body next to him.
He bit his lip whimpering softly, as where he pinched his skin started to hurt. He let go watching the skin turn red, and most likely eventually turn into a bruise.
He sighed shakily sinking his head into the pillow ready for the bed to swallow him whole so he wouldn't have to face another day of a one-sided love life, and possibly horrible outside life.
He wasn't surprised when his body stayed still. Not being swallowed or disappearing.
Doesn't mean he couldn't get mad.
Sometimes he wished he'd just disappear. So he wouldn't be a problem. Not only to Louis, who he supposed feels forced into the relationship, but also to himself. The feelings he had, weighed down on him like boulders, so he was unable to think about anything but the pain he was physically and emotionally in.
It would help if it could all just go away. It was becoming Too much.
And now. After yesterday, the pain in his chest is becoming unbearable. And he just wants it to stop.
He hadn't known he was crying until he felt a tear slide from the corners of his eyes landing on the pillow his head was perched on.
Softly he wiped the tears and sat up, knowing one way or another he'd have to get out of bed and face his boyfriend.
When he walked down the stairs he smiled warily smelling something unfamiliar.
Bacon.
Hes never woken up to breakfast, what with him being the only one who cooks he's usually in the kitchen.
So it was wierd to wake up to smelling breakfast.
Ignoring the difference he continued down the steps walking into the kitchen.
The sight made his heart warm and eyes burn with fresh tears.
Louis stood his back to him. Back hunched over the stove arms moving with the spatula flipping the golden pancakes.
Harry felt the slowly fading love he had for Louis grow. Things like this is what kept him around.
Just when Louis when a little too far and made Harry's faith in their love falter. He showed his big heart and did something so fucking touching there was no way harry could leave him.
The smallest simplest things made Harry's heart warm, just little bits of affection was enough to remind him that their love was too strong to just give up.
" Louis.?" His voice was soft but he heard.
Louis turned around with a wary smile on his face. " Morning baby. I- I tried to make you breakfast. It's not the best cuz i can't cook very good. But I tried. It smells great though, so I just hope it tastes as good as it smells right. If you don't like it- I wouldn't like it really -we could go to IHOP or some shit yeah? I-" I giggled quietly which shut him up. He hesitantly looked up from where his fingers where and tilted his head. " You like it?"
I smiled actually feeling the dimple make an appearance. I shook my head but immediately regretted it when I saw the anger in his expression.
Quickly he finished his sentence before Louis could freak out. " Cuz i love it" he smiled widely seeing Louis grin as well.
