Ch. 19

🐱Fluffy Renos🐱

I woke up to the doorbell ringing and a banging on the door. Once I completely woke up I got out of my bed and ran down my stairs. Swinging the door open, meeting face to face with Geist. His face went from monotone to bright red and wide eyed. His eyes locked onto my crotch. I raised an eyebrow and tilted my head. "..Hello..?" Geist slowly looked back up at my eyes. "Did.. You forget to put clothes on or..?" A smirk pulled on his lips, then I realised. I was only wearing a light blue sweater and my underwear.

My face slowly began to turn red as I pulled down my sweater from the front. "H-heehhh.. Um.. What did you come for?" I asked, stepping aside so he could step inside. He shut the door behind him and stood in front of me, wrapping his arms around my waist and pulling me closer to him. I smiled as his soft cologne scent filled my mind, I shut my eyes and rested my head on his chest. "I just wanted to see you.. Did you quit?" I shook my head, pulling away from his arms and making my way to the couch, taking a seat and sitting criss cross

"Oh.. Can you do it right now then?" Geist walked over to me and took a seat next to me. "Okay." I took my phone out and scooted closer to Geist, showing him a text message thread with Teddy. I began to type. "Hey, Teddy, I won't be going to work today, or tomorrow, or ever again, I quit." I intimidated what I was typing on my phone. He smiled as I pressed send. "There, done." I put my phone down and looked up at Geist. "By the way.." I looked down into my lap, playing with my fingers. "Can you teach me how to drive? So I can get around easier when I get a job?"

I heard him chuckle, his arm wrapped around me and pulled me closer. I smiled and looked up at him. "Course I will, Fluffy. Are you going to get a car?" I nodded. "Well, yea I hope I can afford one once I actually know how and get a license... Please help." Geist leaned down and kissed my head. "Okay Fluffy, I'll help." I smiled widely and jumped up. "GREAT!!! When can we get started??" I asked, beginning to jump up. Geist smirked and pointed at my crotch. "Once you put some pants on." I rolled my eyes and ran upstairs to my room. "GIVE ME A MINUTE!!"

I chuckled as I heard Fluffy run around his room for a few minutes. After about a solid three minutes I heard his footsteps run down the stairs again, I smiled when I saw him in a grey short sleeve shirt that was tucked into the front of his high waisted black shorts. It was simple, but he pulled it off very well.

"Well, do I look good?" He asked stepping closer to me, I rested my hands on his waist, smiling up at him. "You look beautiful." He smiled. "Before we start..." I trailed off, my left hand trailed up to his back pocket and I pulled out his phone. "Check to see if Teddy responded?" Fluffy gently took the phone out of my hands, I watched his fingers type. A devious smirk suddenly appeared on his lips. Fluffy shut his eyes and cleared his throat. "Oh my GOD FLUFFY! How could you? I needed you to perform today, there's people expecting you to come on stage! Why so suddenly? Did something happen? Please reconsider, I'll bring your salary up!" Fluffy giggled and looked at me. "Then he sent another text: You know what? Never mind, I don't need a slut like you, you're probably not even a virgin anymore. I'm gonna go out and look for fresh meat, some boy who can do way better than you, at everything, so don't even bother to come back. You don't deserve this job, and you don't even take it seriously. Never contact me again, thanks for nothing."

I couldn't help but let out a chuckle, Teddy sounded so desperate to get Fluffy back to working with them. Like he would, he's smarter than that. That job brought him so much discomfort anyway. "The best part is.. HE BLOCKED ME!" Fluffy howled before dropping his phone on the couch and clutching his stomach, laughing as loud as he could. I smiled, laughing softly. His laugh was very contagious.

"Okay.. Fluffy." I grabbed his hands, once his laughs calmed down he looked me in the eyes. His eyes never seemed so bright before, this is a first. "Come on, I can show you the basics of a car, then you can try to drive around the block. Sound good?" He nodded, his smile still wide and his eyes still bright. Fluffy's so happy, I would give anything to take a picture of him and frame it, he looked perfect.
