Chapter 19

~ Naomi's POV ~

"how could he do this to me? especially after everything that we been through. Man fucking him ... fuck him ... fuck catching feelings ... fuck everything."

I went downstairs to the kitchen and got my jar of Butter Pecan ice cream and sat on the couch. I turned on the tv and channel surfed until I came across Love and Hip Hop Atlanta. When a commercial break came I turned the do not disturb on, on my phone, so that I would'nt be bothered by anyone. I didn't care how "close to me" or "how much I did or thought I did love them", I didn't want to be bothered by anyone. Because I have now learned that not everyone is meant to be trusted and not everyone deserves to even have my trust.

About halfway through the show, I looked down at my phone and saw that I had 12 missed calls and 14 missed calls.

"I already know it's you Kendrick. Like you're not slick."

I unlocked my phone and saw that I had 1 text from Kendrick talking about how he was sorry, which was complete bullshit by the way. And there was another text from my "new" Nick that I've been talking to for about a week now.

Me: hi

Nick💪💦👅: wyd

Me: nothing much, just broken hearted watching Love and Hip Hop Atlanta

Nick💪💦👅: me too

Me: lmao shut up😂

Nick💪💦👅: wanna talk about it?

Me: nah .. not really. but wbu

Nick💪💦👅: watching a never ending story. wanna come over and watch it with me

Me: umm.. how about this. you could come over and we could watch it together and cuddle or something

~ Alexis' s POV ~

I finally met everyone downstairs in the lobby and I was greeted by Asia's mom.

"Well nice of you to join us Ms.Sleep in late. Must've had a blast last night I assume. "

"😳uh. i was kind of tired from the jet lack and the fact of being on a plane for 8 hours straight. "

"maybe a healthy good morning breakfast will do you some good. come on honey"

Before I went inside my phone started vibrating and it was Rayan calling me.

"hello?"

"ALEXIS!? Where the hell are you? I can't stay in your room all day while you're out doing God knows what."

"Rayan, you weren't supposed to stay in my room all day smartness, obviously you're supposed to leave and go back to your room so that -"

Before I could even finish what I was saying to Rayan, Asia walked up behind me.

"Alexis you coming? Everyone is waiting for you to come."

"yeah I'm coming, my mom just called to check up on me real quick. I'll be there in just a minute"

I turned back around with my back facing Asia as she walked away. "Rayan just go to your room or go hang out or something. I gotta go."

I had hung up the phone before he even got a second to say anything back. When I turned around I saw Asia standing by the entrance waiting for me. I quickly got off the bench and ran towards her.
