Renjun didn't expect to be tackled the moment he got into Korea, but then again, what did he expect from Chenle?

"Welcome back Ge!" He let out his dolphin squeal.

Renjun, jet lagged and tired, replied as best as he could, "Ah... Yeah! I missed you too Lele."

"Chenle, calm down," Kun gently patted his shoulder.

"Kun-ge, this is how young people talk these days," Chenle shot back.

"You two are unbelievable," Sicheng scoffed quietly. "Its great to see you, Junnie."

"Ayo man!" Yukhei grinned. "Did you eat yet?"

Eeks, they haven't changed at all. Yukhei still speaks standard international Mandarin with an accent, Chenle won't shut up, Sicheng is tired of life, and Kun is still regarded as a boomer. It's like eight years didn't go by at all.

"I'm a bit tired but I'm very hungry!" He admitted to Yukhei, giving Kun a hug.

"Okay! I'm off to pull the car up!" Yukhei excitedly walked away. "--Ow!"

Sicheng, Chenle, Kun, and Renjun quickly looked back to see Yukhei a good few yards away with those awkward large limbs of his moving in panic.

"Oh my gosh! Sorry, sorry!" Yukhei quickly bows, helping the person he bumped into. He was apologizing in Mandarin Chinese in a Korean airport, folks. It's not hard to assume what happened next.

"I'm sorry, what?" The shorter boy He bumped into gave him a troubled look and spoke to him in Korean.

"Oh! Yikes--sorry!" Yukhei faced palmed himself dramatically. "Oh my gosh I'm so so sorry--!"

That was so dumb.

This time Yukhei apologized in Cantonese.

Yeah, that poor Korean guy just stared at Yukhei like he grew two heads and came from Mars or something. This was almost as bad as the time Yukhei got stranded at a mall in America.

Cue the secondhand embarassment.

There's not much to say other than Renjun and the rest of the boys there in that moment decided to mutually disown Yukhei for about three seconds.

"Uhm, sorry, uh... do you speak English?" the shorter boy laughed, revealing his adorable smile.

Renjun was about fifteen feet away but could feel the cute vibes that Korean guy radiated.

"I'm sorry, I car need, too fast," Yukhei apparently forgot his Korean, gaping at the boy's smile, and speaking in very, very broken English.

"Hey, it's okay," The Korean guy says in accented English. "I gotta go."

"Oh! Yeah! Uh, bye man!" Yukhei manages, but the guy is already off on his way.

Whoa there.

What's this Renjun sees?

Closing his eyes for a second, Renjun musters some weird innate energy (he can't really describe it well, so sorry) and reopens them. Chenle and Kun give him a weird look as he squints to where Yukhei is standing, still dumbfounded.

"Renjun, is everything okay?" Sicheng asks.

"Yep."

Now, Renjun's gift is a little complicated.

No wait, everything about life is complicated. Huh, maybe we should give up then, because nothing is easy.
