Laxus x Rose Oneshots

The Truth is...

( I was inspired by Twice's song  Truth so I made a one shot. Listen to the video while reading it. ) {It's just a quick oneshot though}

I was walking to the cafe I was always going to. I love it there, Wifi is fast and if you want to see a view of a sunset,It was the perfect place.

But this time I wasn't alone, I was with Laxus. He wanted to see the café.

This was really making me so nervous, I've liked Laxus for a long time now, but he hangs out more with my best friend.

He says that he thinks that I look awkward when I was around him. So he barely hangs out with me.

We saw the café and we entered, I sat in my usual place, lucky me it was always vacant for me.

"You can order anything, It's my treat." I smiled at him. He smiled back but shook his head.

"No way. I'm treating you, you bought me such an amazing gift for my 25th birthday and I don't know how to repay you for that." He smiled at me sweetly and walked to the counter.

Wait... how does he know my order? How does he know I'm a frequent customer here?

I shrugged it off and just waited for him to get back to where we were. Twice's song, "Truth" played in the café and I couldn't help but sing along.

"sasireun marya, I just wanna be with you. In love with you. In love with you."

The baristas here know my playlist all too well. When Laxus sat back down, he looked at me sweetly.

I blushed at him and looked at my phone.

I got a text from Mirajane, she must be looking for Laxus.

'Tell him the truth!!!'

'What truth?'

I waited for her reply...

'That you're really in love with him!'

I felt flushed. I wanted to tell him, but I think he sees me as his sister, it'd be, honestly, awkward when I told him.

The coffee arrived and I felt relieved.

Laxus looked at me again.

"You seem quiet?" He said a bit saddened.

"Oh sorry, someone just texted me." I said rubbing the back of my head.

I looked outside and saw the sun nearly setting. I almost choked on my own coffee, It was already 5:30. I wanted him to see it.

"Hey Laxus... wanna watch the sunset with me?" I point out the window and look at the sunset.

He looked out and nodded, I grabbed my coffee and he grabbed his and both of us walked out of the café.

We walked and sat down on a small hill so the view was more breath taking.

I placed my coffee down and placed my hand accidentally on his hand.

I looked at him then blushed,

"I-I'm so sorry..." I let go of his hand but he grabbed my hand and smiled sweetly at me.

My heart was thumping loudly, this was what I've always wanted, I just wanted to be with him so badly.

"There's something I should tell you." I said. Okay this was it...

"If you're gonna say, you're in love with me... The truth is... I already know." Laxus cut me off... if possible, my jaw would fall on the ground.

He slid his hand that wasn't holding my hand to my cheek and smiled at me.

"You're so adorable..." He whispered.

That made me turn crimson red. But the next thing surprised me even more... he kissed me on the lips...

I think I almost died... but everything was so worth it. I wrapped my arms around his neck and deepened the kiss.
