Chapter 14:

3rd POV:

Alpha went to his cabin and instantly fell asleep once he hit the pillows.

That night he had a dream. A demigod dream.

DREAM:

Percy saw the old hag known as Gaea in a cave like room, or maybe it was just a cave room like Rachel's cave.

"Ahh... The sea spawn is watching in. I can sense it, can you darling?" Gaea said grabbing Annabeth's face. Annabeth struggled to get free.

Percy watched Annabeth, he analyzed that she looked hopeful yet sad. He mentally swore to himself that he would save his one true love no matter the cost.

"If your listening sea spawn, come rescue her here in Tartarus. After all, its the only way your ever gonna see her again." Gaea said looking at a plain wall.

Percy wanted to ask where in Tartarus, but he knew she wouldn't hear him even if he did ask.

"Because I'm gonna strike where the heart hurts." The old earth goddess mumbled quietly.

Percy felt himself waking up. He woke up to a happy looking Thalia. "It's too early to be happy." Percy told his half-sister covering his face with his pillow.

"But you don't know why I am so happy!" She defended.

"Then why are you so happy?"

"I'm not telling you until you get up."

Percy sat up and forced a smile on his lips,"Okay. I'm up!"

"Okay good! Nico's here!"

"Really? Your not pulling my cloak?"

"YES! He really is here. He actually could've gotten here last night after we went to sleep, but he's downstairs eating breakfast with Jason now."

"Race ya!" I screamed as I jumped out of bed racing Thalia down the stairs to the kitchen bar. But on the last stair she tripped me and continued on to the kitchen.

"Beat you! Haha!" She exclaimed.

"Because you cheated." I accused.

"Percy, you know she always cheats. She just can't accept losing." A voice said.

Percy looked up and saw who the voice belonged to,"Nico!!!" Percy ran over to Nico giving him a bear hug.

"I take offense to that!" Thalia playfully punched Nico in the arm.

"Hey, you know its true." Nico replied.

"Well...." Thalia said uncertainly.

"C'mon lets enjoy breakfast." Percy suggested. No one argued as they to a seat on a stool around the kitchen bar, eating their preferred meal.

The group noticed that Percy was really quiet and seemed sadder than usual.

"Did I miss something important with him?" Nico whispered to Thalia.

"If you did, we did too." Thalia whispered back.

"You know I can hear you right?" Percy said pushing his eggs around on his plate.

Nico and Thalia smiled," We do now?"

Percy smiled and continued pushing his food around. Then he began speaking," Did you know if the gods never forced us into exile, that I'd have two sisters?"

"Cool, what about us?" Jason joked. "Anything else you want to talk about?"

"I had a dream last night." Percy said very vaguely.

"C'mon Perce, we've been training together for thousands of years. Talk to us." Thalia said comfortingly.

"I think I know where Annabeth is now." Percy confessed.

"That's great!" Nico and Jason exclaimed.

But Thalia asked warily," Where?"

"In the heart of Tartarus." Percy said stabbing his waffle with his fork.
