... Or was it? In the elevator you pondered. It seemed all too good to be true. So easy. And Alice? To let you go that fast? You knew she was no angel. There HAD to be a twist to this.
"Have you ever wondered what heaven is like?" Alice asks through the speakers. Chills run down your spine. Something wasn't right.
"Yeah, for fanart and stuff," you reply even if you were uneasy.
"I like to dream that it's quite beautiful. A soft valley of green grass blanketed by a warm sun. I don't think I'll ever get to see it. Are you ready to ascend, my little errand boy? The heavens are waiting"
The elevator started to rise up higher and higher and all there was was Alice's weeping noises.
Then laughter.
The elevator started going down in an accelerated pace.
"DID YOU REALLY THINK YOU COULD STEAL FROM ME?!DID YOU REALLY THINK ID JUST LET YOU GO?!," she exclaimed
"IF YOU LOVE ME LET ME GOOOO," you exclaim back in reply as you shoved Arin in your backpack for his own safety... Even if he did protest so you had to force him to do so.
"NO (Y/N) I KNOW WHO YOU ARE! I KNOW WHY YOU'RE HERE!
The elevator doors burst open even if it was still in motion revealing a raging, and more importantly, hideous Alice.
"it's the most perfect Boris I've ever seen and I want it! I need it," she gushes.
"HAVEN'T YOU HAD ENOUGH YOU WHINY B-" you yell in frustration but she cuts you off.
"I need it's insides so I can be beautiful again! Don't you understand? Don't you get it?! Now give him to me!"
You say nothing but place yourself in front of Boris, the pipe in your hand. You readied your stance.
"Over my dead body"
Alice laughed.
"Then I'll take him! Once you're dead!!"
You flip her off and ready as she charges towards you.
"LEGENDS NEVER DIE"
- A solemn time skip -
You had no clue what happened after. The elevator was in complete shambles, as far as your blurry eyesight could tell.
"Madame! Wake up!!" Arin exclaims and gets rid of the stray elevator pieces that littered across your body. Boris on the other hand was shaking you awake.
"Boris... You have to run.... Alice will-"
You never did get to finish your sentence. Boris was dragged off into oblivion.
Tears slipped down your face as you saw your friend disappear.
You sobbed and sobbed. Arin curled up next to you in hopes that it would bring you comfort. This continued... Till you passed out yet again.
(A/N: reader-chan just loves to pass out now that I think about it xD
