**4 MONTHS LATER**
Trevor P.O.V
It's been 4 months since Lowri had been shot and fallen into a coma. She still hasn't woken up, but I still have faith in her. She will wake up. Today is Valentine’s Day and I'm sitting beside her, I've bought her roses and something to surprise her if she wakes up.
"Hey Lowri, Happy Valentine’s Day, I miss you, things aren't the same without you, everyone's miserable, Connor doesn't leave his room, Ricky doesn't twerk, Sam doesn't even smile, Jc drew your name in the cloud on his wrists, Kian doesn't do the crab face and Joey tells his viewers to pray for you and blames himself for this, please baby girl wake up for me, everybody needs you, Joey needs you, I need you," I cry. I put my face in my hands and cry harder. I felt a hand on my knee.
"Trevy don't cry I hate to see you cry," I hear that angelic voice say. I look up and see her looking at me with a weak smile. I look in her eyes for permission to hug and she smiles for approval. I jump up and hug her.
"How long was I asleep?" She asks.
"4 months," I answer. Her eyes go wide.
"I heard everything you said to me over the 4 months," she confesses. I look down and start to blush. A nurse walks in and smiles.
Lowri P.O.V
"I see your awake Ms.Graceffa," she says.
"Yep, can I have my phone so I can call my dad?" I ask and she nods. She hands me my phone and I dial Joey's number.
"Hello?" he says and it comes out as a question.
"Hey dad it's me,"
"Lowri is that really you?"
"Yes it's me dad, please come down to the hospital, I need to see you,"
"Ok, I'll be there in 5 minutes," he yells happily as he hangs up the phone. I go on twitter and I decide to tweet:

I tweet that out and Joey walks into the room.
"Hey dad," I smile at him. He runs over and hugs me.
"I missed you Lowri," he says as he starts to cry.
"I missed you too dad," I cry. At that moment O2L walks in.
"OMG Lowri you're awake!" Connor yells as he hugs me.
"We got you something," Ricky announces.
"What is it?" I ask, curious to know. Sam pulls a chocolate cream drink from Starbucks, how did they know? I guess I looked confused.
"We saw your tweet," Jc explains. A nurse disconnects the needles from my arms, and can I just say, I've never felt more comfortable in my life after being in a hospital.
"Lowri, I also got you something for Valentine’s Day," Trevor announces.
"That's today? I'm sorry I didn't get you anything," I say feeling guilty.
"It's okay, you waking up is my present," he smiles and I start to blush.
"Aw she's blushing!" Kian yells.
"OMG Kian where have you been, you're never quiet?" I ask sarcastically.
"Anyway back to the present," Trevor says. He pulls out a black box and I open it. It's a silver necklace with a heart shaped aqua blue diamond on it, it's so beautiful.
"Oh my gosh Trevor it's beautiful, but why did you buy it, it looks really expensive?" I ask him a smile on my face.
"Some people are worth things this expensive," he says with a perfect smile.
"Aw that's so sweet, but so cheesy," I laugh at him and he shrugs.
